Transforming a Family Heirloom

At Top Level Installations LLC, we're passionate about not just installing pieces, but about creating lasting impressions with every project we undertake. Recently, we had the honor of helping a client with a cherished family heirloom, and the transformation was truly remarkable.

The Challenge

When Greg R. reached out to us, he had a very specific need: hanging a large, heavy framed USA 48 Star Flag. This wasn’t just any flag; it was a significant family heirloom that had been passed down through generations and carried by a relative during World War II. As you can imagine, such a precious item required careful handling and expert installation to ensure it was displayed beautifully and securely.

Greg also mentioned that the process of setting up the decor had been particularly stressful for his wife as she was in the midst of starting her own business. They were looking for an installation service that could not only handle the technical aspects but also provide guidance on decor decisions.

Our Approach

Upon assessing the situation, our team of skilled professionals developed a plan to ensure the flag was showcased in the best possible light. Here’s what we did:

• Consultation and Guidance: We engaged in detailed discussions with Greg and his wife to understand their vision for their space. Our team provided suggestions on placement and additional decor ideas that would complement the heirloom.
• Expert Installation: Using high-quality materials and our industry-leading techniques, we carefully hung the flag. Ensuring that it was both secure and visually appealing was our top priority.
• Final Touches: After the installation, we made sure that the surrounding decor matched seamlessly with the newly displayed flag, bringing an essence of history and style into the room.

The Result

The transformation was nothing short of stunning! The flag, now prominently displayed, became an instant focal point in the room. Greg’s wife was beyond thrilled with the outcome, and the stress surrounding the decor was lifted.

Greg shared his experience with us, stating:

"Finn, I just wanted to thank you so much for your skills beyond mere installation. My wife told me very about your suggestions and ability to guide her through the decision making process... The decor looks amazing per your recommendations and expert install. It has really eased her mind. We appreciate you, and hope to work with you again." --- Homeowner

This heartfelt feedback reinforces why we do what we do and motivates us to bring our best to every project.
