Transform Your Space with Ease

At Travis Handyman, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service that transforms homes while ensuring a hassle-free experience for our valued customers. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Catherine H., who needed help with the installation of curtain rods in her Austin home.

Understanding the Need

When Catherine reached out to us, she was seeking a professional handyman to assist with the installation of curtain rods. Conflicting schedules often make such simple tasks seem daunting, but she needed someone flexible to work with her timing constraints while ensuring that the job was completed to her standards.

Our Approach

When we received Catherine's inquiry, our team swiftly responded to confirm both the details of the job and the pricing. We understand that communication is key, especially when managing busy schedules, so we worked closely with her to find a suitable time that fit her availability.

On the day of the appointment, we arrived punctually, having previously confirmed the details to ensure no element was overlooked. Catherine had sourced her own curtain rods, and it was our responsibility to ensure they were installed perfectly at the correct height.

The Transformation

Our skilled team completed the installation of the curtain rods quickly and efficiently, demonstrating our commitment to quality workmanship. Throughout the process, we ensured to keep the work area tidy and organized, respecting Catherine’s home and space.

One of the highlights of our service is our attention to detail. After the installation was complete, we took extra care to clean up thoroughly and to check in with Catherine, ensuring that she was completely satisfied with the outcome.

“Travis Handyman responded promptly to my enquiry and confirmed the work and the pricing. He was able to work with my work schedule to get a time for the work to be done. He confirmed the appointment time in the morning and arrived on time. I had already got the curtain rods and he made sure that they were placed at the right height for me. The work was completed quickly and without problems. He also cleaned up really well after and made sure that I was really happy with the work. I would definitely use his service again. Thank you!” – Catherine H. --- Homeowner
