Transforming Comfort: Furnace & AC Upgrade

At Tuscan Electric Heating & Plumbing, we take pride in transforming homes and improving the comfort of our customers. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with a client who reached out to us with a common issue: their furnace kept switching off and on. Our team was ready to respond quickly and offer the solution they needed.

The Challenge: A 23-Year-Old Furnace

When our client contacted us, they were understandably concerned about their aging heating system. Their furnace was over 23 years old, and it was no longer functioning efficiently. After discussing the furnace's inconsistent performance, they decided it was time for an upgrade, but they needed a trustworthy expert to guide them through the process.

Initial Assessment and Recommendations

We dispatched our technician Landon McGill the very next day. Knowing the urgency of the situation, Landon arrived on time and thoroughly assessed the furnace. He identified the problem and explained it clearly to our client, ensuring there was no pressure to make an immediate decision.

Understanding the need for both heating and cooling solutions, Landon prepared three different estimates for a new furnace and air conditioning unit, providing various price options that fit different budgets. Our client appreciated this transparent, no-pressure approach.

The Solution: New Furnace and AC Installation

Once the decision was made to proceed, our dedicated team, including technicians Joe and Bruno, stepped in to handle the installation the following day. They arrived promptly for the scheduled job, and our client was impressed with their professionalism and friendly demeanor. Their teamwork was evident as they efficiently installed the new furnace and AC unit.

“Joe and Bruno were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, very hard workers, and neat throughout the install, including leaving the furnace room spotless,” said our customer. --- Homeowner

Thanks to their hard work, warmth was restored to the home by the end of the day.

Comprehensive Electrical Work

After the successful installation of the HVAC units, our client also required electrical work to support their new systems. Jake and Greg from our electrical team arrived to ensure the AC unit's installation met all electrical requirements. They provided a detailed assessment of the client’s outdated electrical box and offered a clear, reasonable estimate for its replacement.

Their punctuality, expertise, and commitment to customer service did not go unnoticed.

“Jake and Greg are definitely experienced electricians who take pride in doing excellent work,” the client remarked. --- Homeowner

They completed the necessary upgrades while keeping the client informed about the progress, ensuring all outlets and systems were working efficiently before wrapping up the project.
