Transforming Your Space with Volt!
At Volt Services, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality electrical solutions that enhance both safety and functionality in your home. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Agnes Sekowski, who reached out to us to tackle a significant list of electrical projects in her early 20th-century home.
The Challenge: Historic Home Needs Attention
Agnes had a ten-year laundry list of electrical work she wanted us to address. Owning an older home comes with its unique set of challenges, and Agnes was aware that outdated wiring and installations could create safety hazards. She needed a trustworthy team to meticulously review her requests and provide solutions that would not only meet her needs but also ensure the longevity and safety of the electrical system within her home.
Our Approach: Thoughtful and Thorough Service
Upon receiving Agnes's inquiry, our team quickly arranged a consultation. We approached her project with keen attention to detail, understanding the intricacies involved in working with older homes. We prepared a plan that addressed every concern from her list while also conducting a thorough inspection to identify any underlying issues that she may not have been aware of.
During our assessment, we found a few hidden safety issues due to the age of the wiring. We discussed these findings with Agnes and provided solid advice on how to approach necessary upgrades without breaking the bank. This transparency and commitment to customer education are hallmarks of our service at Volt.
The Transformation: Exceptional Results Delivered
After a series of thorough discussions and planning, we commenced the work with his assistant by our side. We tackled all aspects of Agnes's requests, ensuring compliance with the latest safety standards while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of her home's electrical fixtures. Our tasks included:
- Upgrading existing outlets and switches
- Installing new lighting components and fixtures
- Conducting safety checks
- Providing recommendations for future maintenance
Agnes was thrilled with the approach we took, as we made it a priority to involve her in every decision. As we progressed, we ensured minimal disruption to her home while maintaining transparent communication about what to expect.
The Result: A Happier Homeowner
Once our work was completed, we were delighted to hear Agnes's response:
“Rueben was awesome.. Very professional, reasonable rates, and really thought through everything we were asking him to do to make sure we would get what we wanted in the end. And we did! He went through our 10-year laundry list of electrical work and we're so happy with the results and price point he offered. He made us aware of issues he found along the way and offered solid advice. His assistant was also great.. Would definitely hire Volt again. Trustworthy tradesman, stellar work.” – Agnes Sekowski --- Homeowner
Agnes’s satisfaction is a reflection of our unwavering commitment to excellence. We believe that every project deserves our full attention and respect, and we are proud to have delivered results that exceeded her expectations.
