Transforming a Fireplace with Ease
At W3 Electric, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding electrical solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Jeff S., who required assistance with installing an electrical outlet above his fireplace. His goal was to eliminate visible wires for a cleaner and more polished look while setting up his new TV.
The Challenge: A Need for Neatness
Before reaching out to us, Jeff faced the challenge of managing unsightly wires that would detract from the elegance of his fireplace. Having just moved into a new house, he sought a professional solution to ensure that the appearance of his living space matched his vision. After discovering W3 Electric on the Thumbtack app, Jeff quickly contacted us, seeking a reliable and efficient service.
The Solution: Seamless Communication and Expert Installation
From the moment we connected with Jeff, our team made it a priority to provide responsive and pleasant communication. Within an hour of his inquiry, he received a call from our team to schedule an appointment. As he mentioned in his review:
"The lady I spoke to was very pleasant, professional, and informative. We booked our appointment. However, I had to reschedule, and when I called back, they made that process super easy and were very accommodating." --- Homeowner
On the day of the service, Wesley, one of our skilled technicians, was assigned to the project. He communicated his arrival time and ensured everything was set for a successful installation, which included the following steps:
- Assessment: Wesley evaluated the space and discussed the best options with Jeff.
- Preparation: As a new parent, Jeff appreciated that Wesley informed him ahead of any noise disruptions.
- Installation: Wesley executed a flawless installation of the outlet, positioning it perfectly above the fireplace.
- Cleanup: True to our commitment to excellence, Wesley ensured the work area was left spotless after completing the job.
The Result: A Beautiful and Functional Space
The outcome of this project was nothing short of spectacular. With the outlet expertly installed and the TV now hanging above the fireplace, there were no visible wires to detract from the room's aesthetics. Jeff commented on Wesley's positive energy and professionalism throughout the process, which made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.
"Wesley provided updates throughout the job. When the job was done, he cleaned up everything, making it spotless like he was never there. Wesley did beautiful work and our TV now hangs above the fireplace with no visible wires." --- Homeowner
