Communication was on point (before, during, and after project completion).Crew was extremely hard working, they were prompt, made sure to clue me in on what exactly they were doing and if it was to my liking. Completed project earlier than expected and their pricing was the best compared to other quotes in which I received. Absolutely recommend them for any remodeling jobs.

After saving for years, my husband and I were finally able to embark on a remodel of our downstairs bathroom and creation of a mudroom. As excited as we were, we also steeled ourselves for the inevitable that stresses that come with any kind of home construction project. However, Radu and his team made this month-long process so seamless that my husband I regularly turned to each other to question our luck. I think all of my neighbors and friends got tired of hearing us gush about everyone's professionalism, skill and kindness. We just couldn't help ourselves. It was such a terrific experience.

As the project manager and owner, Radu is extremely knowledgeable. That experience, coupled with his organization made everything run smoothly and got us through inevitable hiccups. For example, on the first day of demolition, Radu's team encountered an unexpected water pipe, blocking part of the area we had hoped to put a mudroom. Radu came from another job site that evening to meet with us in person about our options. He and his team had already clearly discussed three possible approaches and he was able to clearly lay out the pros and cons. His efficiency saved everyone time and allowed our project to move forward on schedule. I appreciate that he showed up in person to explain things himself rather than trying to figure it our on the phone or through other people.

Radu and his team communicated with us promptly, clearly and frequently throughout the project. We never had to guess what was next or wonder when the next phase would start because they always kept us in the loop. We didn't really ever have to initiate contact once the project started because they were so proactive at keeping up updated and telling us what to expect. One weekend, Radu had to be out of town. We wouldn't have had any need to reach him (or could have contacted other members of his team if need be), but he made a point to let us know he would be gone and put us in touch with his colleague in case we needed him. His colleague Gino also reached out to reiterate his availability!

And let's talk work quality. Radu employs a seasoned team of craftspeople. Tiling to woodwork to pluming to electricity was executed with precision and care. One of the jobs was to turn an entryway into an arch to match a pre-existing arch. The arch the team made was so much better than the pre-existing one that the previous owner had spent a fortune on. They are so good! And Radu made sure to regularly check in and inspect the work himself.

The team's professionalism was top notch. Each morning, I saw several cars parked outside our house 15 minutes before the 7:00 a.m. start time. I can't think of the last time I worked with people who were on time let alone early! And they worked long days, making efficient progress over the weeks they were here. I know it's hard for contractors to manage team schedules on different job sites, but I really appreciate how carefully Radu was able to maximize time.

Impressively, the work site was kept impeccably clean throughout the duration of the project. Each day before leaving, debris was picked up and cleared away (they took all trash with them; we never had anything added to our own garbage cans). The job site was swept and organized. The day the walls were sanded produced what I thought would be an impossible amount of dust to deal with. But when the team left, I saw they had vacuumed everything, even in areas of the house that weren't part of the job site.

We are thrilled with our final product. This is a once-in-a lifetime construction project for us, so the stakes were financially and emotionally high. But Radu and his team exceeded our expectations.
