Transforming Spaces: Expert Assembly

At White Whale, we take pride in bringing our clients' visions to life through meticulous assembly of furniture and equipment. Recently, we had the opportunity to assist one of our valued clients, Shana S., in creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing living space in her home.

Understanding the Challenge

When Shana reached out to us, she had just purchased a beautiful glass and wood hutch/cabinet that needed assembly. Additionally, she required assistance in mounting a medium-sized TV on her bedroom wall and hanging multiple framed pictures throughout her hallway. With several parts and components to handle and a specific design in mind, she needed a professional team to tackle the job efficiently.

Our Approach

Upon receiving Shana's request, we promptly scheduled a visit to her home in Oviedo, FL. Our skilled technician Ivan was assigned to this project, known for his attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

1. Thorough Preparation: Upon arrival, Ivan carefully unboxed the hutch and neatly laid out all the pieces, ensuring nothing was missing. This step is crucial as it sets the stage for a smooth assembly process.
2. Expert Assembly: The assembly involved many intricate parts, which required patience and precision. Although it took longer than anticipated due to the complexity, Ivan kept the quoted price and maintained open communication with Shana, ensuring she felt informed throughout the process.
3. TV Mounting and Artwork Hanging: After the hutch was completed, Ivan seamlessly mounted the TV on the bedroom wall and hung the four framed pictures in the hallway. This final touch transformed the space into a stylish and organized area.

The Impressive Results

The transformation was not just in the physical arrangement of items; it was an elevated environment that reflected Shana’s personal style while optimizing usability.

Shana shared her enthusiasm about our services:

“Responsive, Punctual, Professional, Workmanship, and Value…all 5 Stars. He put together a large glass and wood hutch/cabinet with drawers, and although it took longer than anyone could have anticipated, he kept his price as quoted. I would definitely recommend Ivan and hire him again!” --- Homeowner
