Beautiful Backsplash Transformation

At ZEC Construction, we believe that the details in a home can truly make all the difference. Recently, we had the pleasure of working on a stylish renovation for a client in San Diego, and we’re excited to share the exceptional transformation we achieved on their kitchen backsplash.

The Challenge

When Brandon W. first contacted us, he had a specific vision for his kitchen: a gorgeous blue subway glass tile backsplash. However, he was understandably concerned about the complexity of the project, particularly with the intricate herringbone design he had chosen. He wanted to ensure that the installation process was not only handled professionally but also tailored to his busy schedule.

Our Approach

Our team at ZEC Construction prides itself on clear communication and flexibility. We immediately set to work to address Brandon's concerns.

Design Consultation: We collaborated with him to refine his vision, ensuring that the chosen materials met both aesthetic and practical needs.
Material Selection: We guided Brandon on essential supplies, highlighting which products would work best for his chosen design.
Installation Process: With careful planning, our skilled craftsmen set about installing the glass tile. We tackled the challenges of the precise cutting required for the herringbone pattern, ensuring the layout was flawless.
Communication: Throughout the project, we kept Brandon informed with updates from the site, which he found comforting and reassuring.

The Results

The outcome of the project was nothing short of stunning. Brandon's new blue subway glass tile backsplash became the focal point of his kitchen, elevating the entire space’s appeal with its unique design and vibrant color.

“Wow, I love my new blue subway glass tile backsplash! I was worried the glass cutting and herringbone design I chose would be too difficult, but I am really impressed with the quality of work by Ali and his partner. He was friendly and helped me learn what supplies to buy. I like how he was flexible with my schedule and sent me updates from the condo. He was trustworthy and respectful. Good value for the project and great experience overall. Highly recommend!” – Brandon W. --- Homeowner
