I’ve talked to almost 10 vendors before hiring PLUM HVAC and, being a scientist, spent countless hours learning different aspects of a reliable AC system. Firstly, PLUM’s quote was reasonable, not the lowest, but I’ve obtained quotes that were twice the amount (and ridiculous at that). Secondly Sam is an extremely courteous professional with very good manners. He patiently responded to all my questions and changes of mind in the course of two weeks. On the day of installation, he came with two young, energetic but experienced employees. They also were very polite and professional. They were able to accommodate all my requests related to the installation. They worked very hard, no chatting, no smocking, almost no breaks. Everything was done neatly. Cleaned after finishing the work. Knock on wood, I could not be happier.

I am so happy to have Plum HVAC install my new HVAC system together with new Duct work through attic. Sam, Ha and Jake did very good job. Everything not only follows code but also looks great. All pipes and wires are running in good manner. It took them four days to finish the job. Very professional and good communication. Would recommend to others.

Plum HVAC did the electric pump installation (with new duct work) at our house. They were very professional and responsive. We received quotes from a handful of HVAC professionals and Plum HVAC's quote was the best. Sam was very kind and answered several questions, helping us choose the right HVAC system for our house. Sam and his assistant were very careful while working inside the house and made sure to clean up the work space after each day's work. Sam also diligently followed up to get the city permit. Overall I am very pleased with their work.

Sam and his team did an amazing job redoing the airflow system in our house. We have a lot more airflow, and it is more important that the airflow is balanced. Sam worked with me to plan the improvements, draw out a reasonable proposal, and get the quote approved upfront. No issues on the day of the installation. The work was done much quicker than expected.

Sam visited the house for a free consultation and a competitive estimate for a Daikin Ductless Mini Split System installation: one outdoor unit and multiple indoor units. A crew from Plum HVAC did a great job installing the units, including electric wiring and polished outdoor line-sets with covers. The units are very quiet. Aside from remote controls, each unit can be controlled through a phone app or Alexa. Highly recommended.

He offered a quote in person, & stuck by it. They removed our old furnace, and installed a two head mini split in our two story townhouse. The work as you can see is very clean! The guys who installed it were very fun & professional. Sam & his team were communicative the whole way through including the permitting process. They took roughly one full day for install, which was very fast! Including removal & disposal of our old furnace. Natalie was very helpful throughout the Bayren Rebate process & always available for any questions! This system has changed our lives, wish we would have gotten it done sooner! It’s way better than we could have imagined.
