Tony has done work for me on 3 occasions and is always an absolute pleasure to deal with. He installed some safety bars in my mom's bathtub - I wasn't even sure this would be possible, but he did an amazing job, and we feel very confident about the quality of the work. I've been thrilled to find such a good, reliable, and reasonably priced handyman. Tony is my go-to guy now. Since the bathroom safety bars, he's done several more jobs for me in my home, my mother's apartment, and another apartment I rent out. He's installed shelves, re-aligned closet doors, constructed a desk, fixed misaligned regular doors, replaced locks, and more. Always easy to get in touch with, punctual, does great work, and friendly to deal with (and my mom loves him, lol!)

Antonio was great! Showed up in a mask, keeping safety a number one priority right now. Communication was perfect! I reached out on a Saturday night through yelp and he responded right away whereas his competition got back to me Monday afternoon at the earliest. He was booked for a few weeks but something opened up and he was able to service sooner than expected which was great! I just needed a quick tile shower floor redone and he was able to get it done in a few hours. This was for my tenants and I wanted to make sure they had a shower they could stand in sooner than later so his quick response and job completion was very much appreciated. Also the fact that he took Venmo instead of making me head out in a winter storm was a huge added bonus! Will use 2 Guys Construction again.

We asked him to come out and look at some gaps in baseboards, around conduits, etc. that our exterminator had suggested we fill after a tenant reported she thought there was a rodent in her apartment. We already had the exterminator put out traps and bait. He then suggested we get a carpenter to replace missing baseboard, quarter rounds, etc in closets and fill gaps around pipes under the sink, and in mechanical HVAC areas.
Tony came out with a bag of spray foam and apparently some rat poison, but no carpentry tools. I specifically said several times that we have spare baseboard and quarter rounds in the basement, and asked him to review the areas and err on the side of overkill filling gaps rather than using just spray foam which rodents can chew through. He replied that he places rat poison in the spray foam -- which may kill them, but well after they have entered the premises, leaving a nice hole for future rodents.
I mentioned repairing gaps several times using carpentry and he kept brushing it off, and literally was about to walk out when I had to remind him that he hadn't even filled all the gaps with the $10 can of spray foam he had brought with him. I decided to give up and get someone else to provide the carpentry service I had actually requested.
Then the bill came. $250, including $38 for supplies?
$250 for less than an hour's work in which he didn't do any carpentry at all and bought some spray foam to fill holes that I could have bought at Home Depot myself is kind of a ripoff. I have had people install doors, which has a bit of complexity to it, and charge me less than this.
He was a nice guy, but I expected to get service that would go beyond what I could do myself, and even then $250 is a lot for an hour's work. I am an IT consultant, and I don't make $250 an hour!
I suppose next time I will ask for a written job estimate and proposal for solution to the problem. Tony was very cordial but I don't feel he listened to me very well, and seemed not very focused on the job. I didn't request an exterminator, I wanted someone to do carpentry to block entry paths, so not sure why he brought rat poison, and apparently didn't bring any carpentry tools. I expected a consultation and some sort of suggestion as to how to approach the finished carpentry to solve the gap problem, not a stopgap measure, and I was pretty clear about this when talking with him, but he seemed to keep steering me toward only using the foam, which I could have done myself. I wanted a professional job, not a stopgap measure, and certainly don't think what he did was worth the amount he billed.
He also was cash-only (Zelle or Venmo), and we expected to be able to use a credit card to pay, especially with a non-trivial billing amount. Cash transactions generally mean you really have no ability to contest the validity of any work or the charges. We will not be using his services again.

Excellent in every way. Tony is such a personable guy, came on time to do some drywall, window trim, insulation, and paint repair and knocked it out in one day. Really favorable pricing, super easy to deal with and talk to, and most importantly, put our house back together in the way that it was before! Really great experience all around and will be our go-to handy service for our future needs. A total pro at drywall is hard to find!

Tony and his subcontractors have all been great to work with. He does a great job, communicates well, and is above all, honest. He made sure that any issues that came up during the jobs were resolved and worked with my schedule when things were urgent.
Work completed included 2 walls of wallpaper; removing built-in shelving, repairing the wall, and installing new shelves; and installation of a ceiling fan. He's currently trying to find me someone who can hang some intricate interior doors for me - he'd rather take the time to find someone who's ideal for the job than go out of his area of expertise, which is a lot better than I can say for other contractors I've spoken to. For any other work that comes up in my home, I'll definitely be calling Tony first.
He also brought me an empanada once, and if that's not quality service I don't know what is.

Tony did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. I would highly recommend.
