I hired 2Sons Plumbing to fix a main water line leakage (I was a repeat customer). They first referred me to Linescape who detected the leak, then sent 2 technicians, Stephen and Thomas who excavated and fixed the leak in 1 morning. The company representatives and technicians were both very professional. Highly recommend them!

I was able to get an appointment the next day after I submitted my request online. Tyler R was my technician, he completed the work quickly and professionally. Very respectful of my home. I would use 2 Sons again for any other plumbing work.

Overpriced and over promised. Also, not clear on fees (specifically 3% service fee for using a credit card).

The plumber was friendly and nice. However, he never mentioned that there was a 3% service fee for using a credit card. I emailed them about this 3% fee and told them it was never brought to my attention. They responded to me saying someone will get back to me on Monday since I emailed over the weekend. 2Sons never did follow up about the fee.

Also, they overpromised on when they could come out to do the repair. They were supposed to come out on a Thursday afternoon, but cancelled last minute and said they'd show up first thing Friday morning. They did show up on Friday, but not until 11:30am.

Lastly , their rates to fix a slow drain fix was exorbitant! I wish I had more time to research, compare, and get other quotes. After the repair was done, I found that other companies charged around $100 for a slow drain/pipe. My repair was a little over 4 times that and it took about 45 minutes to fix! This is more on me as I should have done more research on getting other quotes, but my wife and I wanted the repair done sooner than later.

After a failed attempt at replacing our one and only toilet for our home over Labor Day weekend we decided to call professionals on the following Tuesday. We were able to get scheduled with a technician same day. They arrived within the time frame provided. Tyler and Juan were informative and explained the services needed before completing. Provided us with 2 bids as we requested to compare our options. Price was fair and felt honest. Both worked efficiently and had our toilet up and running. The whole process took about an hour and my family is extremely grateful to them. Thank you Tyler & Juan - your hard work is greatly appreciated!

Tyler and Gavin were friendly, supportive, and honest when it came to their work today. They took the time to explain what was going on and the best way to fix the problem. We will be returning to 2 Sons when we need support again.

A neat feature the company has is they text you a picture and name of your repair person along with a ETA.

An added bonus was they take your estimation fee ($50) and apply it to your service if you choose to get it repaired.

We had 2 Sons do some simple work a few years ago, and when we had a much bigger more complicated leak situation recently we have continued to work with them and their suggested leak mitigation folks — I have been very happy with the quality of work. Both Alex & Brandon were incredibly professional, friendly and transparent. They quote you out on the work before it they begin so pricing is clear which is great and I could tell they took significant time and attention to get the jobs done right - will continue to use their services.
