Customer service was amazing! My husband installed our ceiling fan, but it wasn’t getting any power—clearly something went wrong. I reached out to 404/ATL Handyman, and he quickly provided a quote. I let him know it was already installed but not working, and instead of jumping straight to an in-person visit, he offered to call and help troubleshoot the issue.

Long story short, he walked my husband through the process step by step over the phone, and we were able to get it working! I’m so happy with the outcome—but more importantly, the fact that he offered to help remotely speaks volumes about the kind of business he runs. Highly recommend!
