A+ is my go-to business for all my home issues. Last week I just had 3 nagging problems I wanted to cross off my To-Do list before winter hit. Josh contacted me when he was on the way, arrived timely, assessed my projects, provided a few suggestions, and had everything resolved within a few hours. A year ago this month, I hired A-Plus Air Conditioning to install a new HVAC and furnace. After acquiring several quotes from different HVAC companies, I decided to go with APLUS because of the great level of customer service provided by Mr. Craig and his team.
The process started with a quote and a visit from Mr. Craig where he took the square footage of each room to determine the appropriate HVAC size unit and air flow that should go into each room. He then provided me with three HVAC quotes with different HVAC brands and guided me on the HVAC system that was within my budget.
While in the attic, Mr. Craig then informed me of the HVAC components that needed to be replaced "now" and those HVAC components that could be replaced "in the future". I was grateful for his honesty because I could see the HVAC components that needed to be replaced "now".
Mr., Craig left me with three quotes and the information I needed to make an informed decision as to which HVAC/furnace to go with.
After securing financing, I contacted Andie at the A-Plus Air Conditioning Office and informed her of my decision to install "NEW HVAC everything" because in the long run it would be cheaper than having old components work with new components.
Since installation in December 2023, the house has been very comfortable. Through the heat of summer and the cold of winter every room has an even temperature. At the beginning of the process, Mr. Craig crunched the numbers to determine the amount of air flow that should be going into every room to obtain a 100% comfortable indoor environment.

I want to thank Fransico and his team for performing excellent work up to code. Fransico kept in touch with Mr. Craig on the details of the job, he then related those details to his installation crew.
Reasons for hiring A-Plus Air Conditioning (good work is in the details)
* 1st other HVAC companies sent young employees to provide a quote. The young employees that provided the quotes did not have experience of the installation and could not answer all the questions. Their job was to provide the quote. My logic was: since I was spending hundreds/thousands of dollars and to avoid errors/problems on installation, I was looking for someone with experience in HVAC installation. In this case, Mr. Craig could answer all the questions because he had experience performing HVAC installation.
* To ensure proper installation, Mr. Craig visited the job site before installation, during installation and after and I'm happy he did. Thank you, Mr. Craig!
* Every room has an even temperature that carries throughout the house.
* Since the installation was performed correctly the first time, there has not been "return visits" to fix a problem/error; NO temperature difference anywhere. A 100% comfortable indoor environment.
When you're spending hundreds/thousands of dollars on your home go with a local family business like A-Plus Air Conditioning. With a local business, like A Plus Air Conditioning, you get skilled labor that knows how to do the job well the first time. You get to know the people that you hire as "real people".
Other HVAC companies came across as very commercial and emphasized a quick installation. Quick installations always lead to problems. With hundreds/thousands of dollars on the line, I highly recommend you go with a local family business like A-Plus Air Conditioning.

A-Plus was supremely efficient from start to finish, and our new unit was installed in no time. Greg explained every detail with great clarity at our residence, and Andy was always accessible and helpful over the phone. We’re very pleased with both the performance and affordability of our new HVAC system, and we have appreciated the high quality of the company’s sales, technical, and service staff. After receiving a considerably higher estimate for the job (almost twice as much) from a slick corporate outfit, we’re glad that we chose an independent and locally-owned company that retains the values of old Austin.

I called because we woke up this morning with the fridge in cahoots.
I was offered a great price. But the Owner, who happened to be the one that answered the call recommended I call Samsung. I explained that I had and was told that they wanted proof of purchase and proof of delivery, which I had neither.
After I spoke to him, I called Samsung again and they were able to reset it. Everything is working perfect!
I highly recommend his business! Family owned and operated.

I called to have my air vents repaired/replaced. Solomon came out and did an inspection. He said their was extensive damage and he would take the pics back and have an estimate sent to me for repairs. This was back on Oct 16th. I told Solomon I wouldn't be available again until Oct. 18th. Just as note, Solomon was very prossional and courteous. On Monday, Oct. 21, I called the office and they said yhey would check on status and call me back. Today, Oct. 23rd I called again since I hadn't heard from anyone. Again they took a message. I did not get a return call. At this point I would think they should just refund my $220 they charged me so I can get my vents fixed. I have dust on everything in my house from these holes and I need to get this repaired.

Charles came by to give us an estimate. He came on time and did a good job of explaining everything to us. He also struck us as a straight shooter who wasn’t trying to get us to buy something we didn’t need.
