Angel R. came to repair a heating/AC unit at our home. He arrived on time. Angel R. introduced himself. He was professional and courteous. His uniform was clean and neat; he was well groomed.

The interior portion of the unit had a leak causing water to drip down the inside wall. During my explanation of the problem, he did not interrupt, but listened until I had finished answering his questions. Because I am a senior citizen, many times in similar situations, I am ignored or dismissed. This was not the case with Angel. He listened! He was very careful while moving furniture away from the work area and placed a drop cloth under the unit. His investigation was very thorough. He made an inventory of the necessary parts to repair the problem the following day. Upon finishing, he showed us what caused the leak and how he had made the repairs. Before leaving, he made sure the furniture was replaced correctly and the work area was clean. He collected all the tools and asked if there was any other questions. He thanked us for calling A-Plus and departed.

The whole experience was a good one. In the future, should there be a need, we will call A-Plus. Thank you.

I own and manage eight rent houses and have used A-Plus for all of my air conditioning needs since 1982. During that time they have serviced and replaced A/C systems in all of the rentals and my home. The business owner, Greg and his son Josh manage a staff of highly capable technicians who are available or on call 24/7, an important capability in Austin's hot summers. Gregg runs an honest and dependable business with prices that are reasonable and inline with industry standards.
In recent years Gregg's son Josh, has developed a Home Solutions unit. He has developed a set of craft people who are able to handle almost any home repair, from kitchen cabinet repair to privacy fence replacement to outside house siding replacement, to inside remodeling. Josh has managed all of the above on my properties. He just completed a bath room floor structure repair to stop a slow leaking toilet. A qualified plumber reset the toilet and crafts people replaced the entire bathroom floor surface. The work was done efficiently and on time, leaving everything very clean.
I highly recommend A-Plus for any kind of home repair and all air conditioning needs.

A-Plus was wonderful to deal with during the entire process of getting our house weatherized and getting a new air conditioner. Andee in the office was terrific in communication and she was always very kind and friendly. All the guys who came out to the house did great work and really, I couldn’t be happier with everything A-plus did for us.

We had two units installed a few weeks ago. Inspection passed with no issues. Andie (I hope I spelled correctly) made it very easy to submit our rebates and she was awesome responding and acting to resolve any issues after the two units were installed. Owner (Gary) was very thorough in his recommendations. Now I hope our two units last longer than those we originally had - more efficient!!

I had a great experience when buying my AC system from A Plus. They helped me decide what I needed to suit my needs as opposed to just trying to sell me the biggest and most expensive. They also made the rebate process smooth and easy. They were constantly in communication with me throughout the whole process and I never felt in the dark about what was happening and when.

We initially chose A-Plus as our maintenance company and for several years they helped us maintain the last few years of a very old system.
When the time came to finally replace it, we naturally chose A-Plus as our first quote.
We got a visit from Greg who went through all of the options on paper - then gave us what he felt was his most practical recommendation based on our size and personal needs. I felt very good about not only his recommendations but the price was a fair price that A-Plus helped cut even further by getting me rebates both from our city and from Lennox.
He honestly made me feel so good about our options we decided not to even get another quote. They would all be close anyway and service is everything to me.
The install was literally the following week and even though it was delayed one extra day due to heavy rain, they started on time and finished same day. Professional and friendly, the lead installer spoke very little english but it did not dim his lack of confidence in doing an extremely clean installation, our furnace closet is magnificent.

I also have to mention the back office, particularly Andee. There was not one minute I did not feel important with her on the phone. She has this fantastic attitude and took care of all the paperwork and appointments like it was nothing. I think she may be A-Plus' secret weapon.
Anyhow - these people are all awesome and they really care about their customers. They are not upsellers and they are not out to just install a system and leave you hanging, they stay in it for the long haul with maintenance and fantastic service.
