Ceasar was prompt and extremely thorough in evaluating and servicing my A/C unit which had no cold air coming through air vents. He added refrigerant but also gave me an assessment of my issue and what to do going forward. They actually came on the holiday since i have a dog and special needs kitty who were barely tolerating a hot house! I highly recommend AA Rapid plumbing for any A/C repairs/servicing.

AA Rapid is excellent! I love their fast service and professionalism! The company sent Cesar to fix my water pipe and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and gives a lot of great tips and information regarding the situation. He’s also very knowledgeable and experienced. He knows exactly what he was doing and was able to quickly find a solution. He’s also super patient and has answered all of my questions and concerns and is super helpful. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors who need plumbing related services!

Cesar was very professional and had our air conditioning fixed in no time. It was great that he could make it the same day as I called it in. Definitely worth it. I am in the business and he didn’t try and BS me and he didn’t try and up sell at all.

First of all, I do want to say that the technician himself, Cesar, was super friendly, great with my cat, and wore his mask the entire time. The business itself, and whomever answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called them on Tuesday because my air conditioning in my house was not working. Everything was going great, they sent the technician out quickly. He was there for three hours, replaced the fan and fan motor and everything seemed fine.

Saturday comes and my AC is no longer working. I called on Sunday to see if they would have someone available. The man on the phone, who never gave me his name, told me he would see if he had someone and would call me back in 30-40 minutes. An hour later, I called back. The man answered the phone and told me he didn't have someone to send on Sunday and that I had to wait for Monday. I asked this man if there was anything he could do. He replied saying he would send someone out to me for $150. I was confused that all of the sudden someone could come out to me when he answered the phone and said no one was available. He said I would have to pay to send someone out on Sunday or I could wait until Monday. So we chose to wait.

It is Monday! I called this morning to see what the estimated time would be for someone to come to my house. He told me that they were going to charge me to send a person out today as well. I asked the man, why they were charging me as they had just sent someone out to fix my AC. He started talking over me saying that the only thing they warranty is the fan that they replaced. I said, "sir, I have paid you almost $1000 to fix my AC" He kept speaking over me saying that the fan was the only thing they would look at. He kept speaking over saying if I went to a mechanic for my breaks, the only thing they would look at were the breaks." I said sir, if the mechanic fixed my breaks, and I went back again and said oh my car still doesn't stop, he would check out the car again, without trying to charge me $100 just to look at it. "

At this point the man kept yelling over me. I have spent almost $1000 for them to fix my AC, so I was clearly unhappy with this company. Then it got worse. The man told me that I needed my husband to call and talk to him because I (in his words) "am being an irrational woman and can't think logically."

This sexist jerk does not deserve any more money. What a poor excuse of a man and a business. The technician was great and should work for a real business.

Don't use this "company".

Great experience! Cesar was such a nice dude, and explained everything he was doing so I could learn as a new homeowner. The appointment took a long time because of the nature of the issue, but he was so friendly, that it was fun to just spend an afternoon hanging out with him. He got my AC working on a hot day, and was able to find a very obscure part for my leaking bathtub faucet which saved me a ton of money. My only gripe was that they were a little late to show up and the communication before he got here was a little lacking to let me know he was running late, but it ended up working out. Will definitely use these guys again!

On May 19 2020, my wife discovered that we did not have any hot water while attempting to bath our two year old daughter. The next day, I did research and found AA Rapid Plumbing which seemed to have good reviews. I called and made an appointment with them to come on May 20. The technician looked at our water heater and informed us that it could not be repaired but needed to be replaced. My wife and I inquired about the cost and the tech indicated that someone would get back to us the following day with a quote. Additionally, the service appointment cost $89 which was not going to be refunded if they completed the work. On 5/21, I had not received any phone calls. I called the office number twice which went to voicemail and on the third call, I got through and the customer service agent informed me they were waiting on a third party to get back to them with the quote. I called later in the evening but only went to voicemail again. Currently, we never received any communication on the status of our request and subsequently contacted another plumbing outfit to do the water heater replacement and they were able to refund the $69 (not $89) service fee. Overall, I would never recommend this company to anyone based on their lack of professionalism and communication with the customer. It appears they were more interested in earning a quick buck at our expense rather than trying to help and resolve our plumbing problem. I gave one star rating but would have given no stars if possible.
