The main control board of my washer needed to be replaced. Devin did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. After diagnosing the issue, he had the parts on hand and did the whole job in just a few minutes. Highly recommend DC Appliance Repair.

July 2025, I once again contacted DC Appliance Repair, this time for my 17 year old washer. Gary was prompt, courteous, and honest (just like everyone else who works there). I appreciate the honesty, the friendliness, and for giving it to me straight...it was time for a new washing machine. Every time I've contacted DC Appliance Repair, I know I'm getting a knowledgeable, competent, and friendly repairman who has respect for my home, my time, and my wallet. I never have to worry that I'm being overcharged for the repair of my appliances. Additionally, I've had conversations with every one of the DC repairmen that I've had at my house. They have all said it's a great company to work for with great management. I highly recommend them.

I had such a great experience with this company. Joe ran a diagnostic check on my fridge, and although the part had to be ordered, and the repair will have to take place when the part arrives, I have every reason to believe it will be done to our satisfaction. Joe was professional, friendly, tidy, and gave me the rundown of what the repair will cost. Sad that a 4 year old $4K fridge is malfunctioning, but very happy with the service received from DC Appliance Repair. They came highly recommended by several friends on Facebook!

September 2024, I had yet another great experience with DC Appliance repair, this time for my 16 year old gas dryer. Austin was absolutely wonderful in every way...honest, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I am so pleased with the honesty the employees have. Austin said DC appliance is a great company to work for, which makes me want to continue to use them for all our appliance repair needs. I would highly recommend them for their competent staff, their fair prices, and the responsiveness each time I have an appliance issue.
