I had a leaking dishwasher and called several outfits about a repair. Appliance Doc was first to respond - via text. I shot him an image of the leak and he suggested I could save myself a service trip by just replacing the leaking part myself. Then helped me find the part to order! The vast majority of folks would have recognized this as an easy job, stayed quiet about it and collected the money. There was no service call performed here, but I can say with confidence that you can trust this guy! Very kind and helpful. Not surprised at all to see this is a vet-owned business! God Bless!

Edited to say that I’m extremely happy with the service we received to our washing machine! Luis stayed until the job was done and the repair was complete, leaving me with a working washer 🥳 Highly recommend this business and will be calling them in the future.

I could not be happier with the service and professionalism I received from LC Appliance Service. They are not one of those bigger companies where you as the customer do not really matter. They are smaller, dedicated, and truly care. I called them for a washing machine emergency on a Saturday morning. Being the last minute on a weekend, I wasn't expecting much of a response. I was only trying to book an appointment for the following week. Amanda returned my call right away. She listened to my situation and told me she could have a technician at my home within a few hours to assess what was wrong. Sure enough less than 3 hours later Louis was here. Saving the day! He was great. Took his time and diagnosed the problem with my washer. Explaining everything he was looking for and doing along the way. In short order he had it repaired. Hooked it all back up and ran it through a cycle to make sure it was all set. Beautiful! Running smoothly again. Both Louis and Amanda were awesome to deal with. Also the price for their services is more than fair... 💯excellent value for what they do. I highly recommend them and they will be the only company I call for any future appliance repairs. LC Appliance Service is the company to call when you need to have an appliance repaired fast, correctly, and efficiently. They are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and provide great service. They were able to offer same day major repair services for my refrigerator very quickly. Both Amanda in the office and Carlos the technician were exceptional. In addition, this company’s pricing is very fair.
