Erik was very professional & very competent troubleshooting the AC unit. He believed the interface board was the issue but had to follow the protocols. He was right & will return to R&R the interface board. Highly recommend AC mechanical for all your residential AC repairs.

I was referred to them by a contractor friend 10 years ago when my business air conditioner stopped cooling and the two companies that I called out from google searches both came out and told me (without even opening up the unit) that it was 20+ yrs old, not worth repairing it and quoted me for a new unit.
A/C did something unexpected. They actually opened up the unit. they identified a part that had worn out, ordered a new one and two days later they fixed it. The cost? $350.00.

This week my property manager called to tell me that the AC unit on a rental house we own stopped cooling. they'd had a company come out ( big name, trucks all over town and on TV with an annoying jingle ) and their assessment was that the AC unit and furnace were both from the 80's which means they needed to be replaced - along with the ducting because it didn't meet current code, so a permit and inspections would be required to replace everything. no mention whatsoever of what the actual malfunction was. I immediately called A/C Mechanical. They had a technician out to the house the next day and he identified the problem after 20 minutes. they came back the next day with the needed part and $1100 dollars later, our tenants had cold air again. As a business owner myself, I appreciate the fact that they always arrive with the intention of addressing the problem, not scaring me into purchasing an entirely new system. I can't begin to express how grateful I am for my friend's initial referral and wholeheartedly encourage anyone in need of an HVAC company to contact A/C Mechanical Sol. The service is unmatched and they are willing to actually get dirty and solve problems, not just glorified salesmen trying to sell new big ticket items to hit their quotas.
