Transforming a Backsplash Disaster
Transforming a Backsplash Disaster
At ADM Tile Style, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional tile installation services that bring our clients' visions to life. Recently, we had the privilege of working with a client who faced a challenging situation: a badly installed backsplash that left them feeling frustrated and disappointed. They reached out to us to remedy this unfortunate situation, and we couldn't wait to take on the challenge.
The Before: A Wretched Backsplash Installation
When our client, Brad P., first contacted us, he shared his experience with a previous installer who had left his kitchen looking far from fabulous. The poor quality of the earlier work was not just an eyesore, but it also raised concerns about the long-term durability of the installation. Brad explained his disappointment, stating, “I hired Amilcar to fix a horrible job that someone else did on my backsplash... Right away we got a good feeling from him.”
Clearly, our client was seeking more than just a repair; he wanted a complete transformation and assurance that it would be done right this time.
The Transformation Process
Upon our initial consultation, we assessed the existing backsplash conditions. It became evident that we needed to completely remove the previous installation. Armed with our tools and expertise, our team set to work, carefully tearing down the flawed tiles.
One of the challenges we faced was the difficult glass tile that had caused the previous installer so much trouble. However, we welcomed this challenge with confidence. Brad recounted, “Amilcar said no problem - when he came to the house to check out the situation, I had him pull out his wet saw to show me that he could cut the tile correctly." We demonstrated our skills right there, showcasing precise tile cuts that assured Brad of our capability.
With our meticulous craftsmanship, we enlisted quality materials, professional techniques, and a clear communication strategy. Our team's expertise in tile alignment and installation ensured that every piece fit perfectly, reflecting the quality that we promise.
The After: A Stunning Backsplash
The results? A breathtaking backsplash that not only rectified the previous errors but also added a touch of elegance to the kitchen. Brad expressed his satisfaction succinctly: “...it looks amazing - we couldn't have asked for a better job. We should have hired Amilcar from the outset.”
Our dedication to delivering results that exceed expectations is what drives us at ADM Tile Style, and this project was no exception. The transformation was not just visual; it also restored our client's faith in professional tile services.
Conclusion
We are thrilled with the outcome of this backsplash renovation and grateful to Brad for trusting us with the task. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.

From Chaos to Stunning Kitchen Tile
Transforming a Kitchen: A Tile Installation Journey
At ADM Tile Style, we take immense pride in turning challenges into stunning results. Recently, we had the pleasure of transforming a kitchen that was under a tight timeline and fraught with obstacles. When Steve Y. reached out to us, he was in desperate need of a reliable contractor after his previous experiences had been far from satisfactory.
The Before: A Kitchen in Distress
Steve's kitchen renovation journey began with a rocky start. He had to let go of the original contractor for a lack of communication and professionalism. Following that, he encountered another contractor who quoted an astronomical fee for the tile installation, which was more than double what he was advised at Home Depot and Thumbtack. With urgency and frustration, Steve turned to Thumbtack and reached out to five contractors, seeking someone who could deliver quality work on a budget.
The Transformation Process
When Steve contacted us, our team responded immediately, understanding the urgency of his project. We conducted a brief consultation to assess the kitchen space and gather Steve's vision. We pride ourselves on clear communication and maintaining transparency throughout the project, so we promptly shared examples of our previous work through photos and explained our installation process.
Our team faced challenges, as we needed to navigate the limited timeline and ensure high-quality results. We specialized in precise tile cutting to fit every nook and cranny, ensuring a seamless look that would elevate the kitchen's aesthetic. Using premium materials that withstand the test of time, we meticulously aligned the tiles, paying attention to even the smallest details.
The After: A Kitchen Transformed
Just 30 minutes after finishing the installation, we completed the transformation. Steve was thrilled with the results; his kitchen went from chaotic and unfinished to a beautifully tiled space that truly reflected his vision.
> "Amilcar saved our kitchen! ... He literally just finished our tiles 30 minutes ago. What we envisioned has come to life. Amilcar’s prices were very fair, his promptness is next level AND... his meticulous detail shows his professionalism." — Steve Y.
Steve's kitchen was not just a function space anymore; it became a centerpiece for family gatherings and a space of joy. His satisfaction was not just in the visual aspect, but also in the professionalism and dedication our team showcased throughout the project.
Conclusion

At ADM Tile Style, we take great pride in our ability to transform kitchens into beautiful, functional spaces. Recently, we had the pleasure of working on a kitchen renovation for a couple who were eager to upgrade their old tiles. Our client, Gabe M., reached out to us after struggling to find a professional skilled in glass tile installation.
The Before: Challenges and Initial Consultation
Gabe and his partner shared their desire to replace the old tiles but faced some specific challenges. They needed an installer who not only understood the intricacies of working with glass tiles but also one who could coordinate effectively with their countertop team. After reaching out to us via Thumbtack, we scheduled an initial consultation to understand their vision and needs better.
During our meeting, we took precise measurements of their kitchen, ensuring everything was set for a flawless installation. Our team's commitment to accurate assessments and clear communication reassured them that they were in good hands.
