They adhere to the highest standards of professionalism. They are remarkably transparent. They really do make certain that we, as customers, have all our questions answered and provide great attention to all details, they respect our needs, they listen (something not as common as all customers would wish), they abide by Covid protocols, they make certain that the new system they installed works perfectly and that we understand how it works and how to make the best use of it. Before we called them and asked to send us a bid for the installations of a new HVAC system, they had earned our trust by the exceptional service they provided with maintenance and repair of the old system. One of their employees, Christopher, in particular, impressed us with his professionalism, respect and competence. Everyone we have been in contact with at the company has been courteous and professional. Having done research before deciding on the new Carrier system, we had a good idea of what type of system would be best and how much we should expect to pay. Their bid was totally reasonable and we felt that they were doing the best for us at a very competitive price. We can recommend them without any hesitation or reservation.

Charles was prompt to the appointment --polite and masked up, with covers over his shoes each time he came in.
I 'm so glad I called Advanced Air and now my unit is on their maintenance plan. We've had this system for 2 years (new) and this is the first time I have had it serviced so I was starting to worry about whether everything was okay.

Great service from the moment we booked to the end of the service we received. The specialist/tech that came to service our unit - his name is Charles Bryant - did a great job, he went beyond what we were expecting, gave us a quick "crash course" on how to keep our unit in the best condition. We'll will ask for him when it is time for the next service

When I called Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating to inquiry about tuning up my AC units, I received prompt and clear answers from Liz. I was able to booked an appointment in the following week smoothly.

The technician, Charles, who came to service my units was very professional and courteous. He called on his way to my place and arrived on time. We were concerned of COVID. Charles not only wore a mask throughout the service but also used shoe covers whenever he was inside the house. After he completed the service, he cleaned up areas he worked in and even swept the dusts on the floor that fell from the attic during the service.

After he had serviced both of our AC's, Charles wrote a detailed diagnostic report . He took the time to explained the findings to us and answer our questions. One of the units was old and may need to be replaced, Charles then helped us schedule a same-week appointment for in-home estimate.

They definitely hired the right people who take pride in their work.

Didn't actually get service only an estimate.

I gotta say, they are beyond professional and prepared. I didn't choose them, might be ( hopefully not) regretting it - time will tell that.

Joe came over on time ( actually early) for his estimate. He had done research on the property to find out the age of the home, square feet, etc.

He listened to every question and concern that I had. We talked about the scope of work involved and that his plan was.

I recall when he left, feeling a sense of confidence and I even told my wife - "I know if he were to do the work, everything would be done right".

When I received the estimate I was a bit sticker shocked - they were one if the most expensive bids. But here's the thing - I didn't choose the cheapest either.

Now, his AC technical knowledge was fantastic. They may not be the cheapest, but I am confident you would have piece of mind on the install.
