Bruce was able to come over quickly with no extra charge being a weekend. He determined it was an electrical problem and just charged the set service fee. Very helpful and professional overall.

Both Tom and his son Jared have worked on our aging A/C system several times. Their honesty and friendliness make them an absolute treasure. I would never consider any other A/C company.

Absolutely the best experience. I was so impressed with Joe and his team. I’ve been overdue for a new AC unit for a while and of course on the hottest days it stopped working. When calling the after-hour service, Bruce came 35 minutes later. Wow! And unfortunately, he confirmed that there isn’t much he can do. I’ve asked regarding an estimate for a new unit and he advised to call the office in the morning to set up an appointment. He was very courteous and professional.

The next morning when I called, there wasn’t anything available until two days later, but they were able to shuffle some things around and Joe came by in the afternoon the same day. He inspected the old unit and the changes that would have to be made. He’s given me several different options and explained in detail the difference on each unit.

When my new AC was installed, Joe and his team was punctual and very professional. I was impressed with the timeliness and cleanliness of the new installation. Joe took the time to program the new thermostat and explained the functions in detail. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Advanced AC, they’ve certainly gained a new customer.

So our upstairs AC was acting up, and the darling Hubby randomly picked a company to come check it out, without checking with me to do my due diligence by scouring the Yelp reviews! They rolled up the next day, and, while our initial technician was SUPER-sweet, the quote from the quoting technician who came later that night was wildly ridiculous (several thousand dollars!), and it all felt a bit sketchy and unnecessary to me! We apparently needed new...well, everything! We have two Trane units that are exactly the same age, so it didn't seem right that one had fallen completely apart, while the other was fine, but I'm certainly no expert!

We clearly needed a second opinion, so I took over and picked Advanced AC, due to their stellar reviews here, and their incredibly excellent technician, Bruce, just left! Guess what, y'all? It just needed to be blown out! The drain was clogged! That's it! It was a twenty minute fix, and it cost us $115 with a 30 day warranty!

How ultra shady-mcshady is that other company in light of this??? Yuck!

Advanced AC is SO professional, SO honest, and SO legitimate, and it's SOOOOOO extra-awesome and life-affirming to find that kind of integrity!

I simply could NOT recommend them more to y'all! Truly! Make Advanced AC your first call, should you find yourself needing any AC service or repair work!

Oh my gosh!! NO ONE could have been better than Advanced! Joe is the super supervisor! He came the first day to check what we needed and to listen very attentively. He sent 2 men to do the work he said was needed. He came back the next morning to ask if our low air output was better. We said barely. As we talked more we explained that we needed more air than we originally explained. He told us what he could do and we said yes please. He asked if he could come do the work at 6:30 am the next day. He said he was swamped that day which was Friday so if he could come early he could do the work himself! Would very many people do that? I DOUBT IT. Well, he did fix it and gave us a few ideas to keep it that way. We are more than happy with Advanced Air. You SHOULD try them out for sure.
