My AC stop working after i tried to change my thermostat and accidentally brow the fuse shorting the wires. I called Airtime at around 6pm and the lady in the phone promised to call me back within an hour or two to schedule someone look at my AC. Well... i waited the whole night, no call back!
Next morning i called again and she scheduled me at the evening. In the evening, the technician finally came which was about 30 to 45 minutes late given the 1 hour window.
The technician was able to fix all my problems and he was also very helpful in helping me changing new thermostat.
I would rate 5 star for the AC service but i am going to give only 3 star for the customer service because of not calling back and also being 30 to 45 minutes late. So overall 4 stars.

Yes I'm giving this company 5 stars
After I called Chandler Air and George Brazil it was by far the best choice. I knew I had a huge problem with my Air conditioner.
But never go with the first guy it was sketchy when Chandler Air said I had a leak without diagnosing the problem and pretending to add Freon for Free then called his boss to give me a price for a new unit.
Unable to accommodate the correct size for my home and not give me proper information.
I called George Brazil yes the sales person was terrific but all the add-ons and up grades were the highest over 10,000.00
No way could I afford this company.
Air time was my last choose and got my business.
The price was just over 6,000 and I got the better unit and rebates as well. It was on there website.
The job was done on time in within my budget.
A few problems that they had to deal with to install the new ac like a brick wall around my ac unit that needed moved. They took care of this and a trim around the opening of the ceiling to get up in the roof. Never a complaint or an extra charge.
They even balanced our the air flow in the south west of my home.
I'm 100 percent happy.
My home is more efficient than it was before.
It does make a difference. Because Air Time knows how to give great customer service.

I'm really glad I found Airtime. My AC went out in my house around 8:30pm on 7.15.17', and I called at 6:30am on 7.16.17. I received a text within 25 minutes telling me the cost to come out on a weekend vs. weekday. I opted for Monday the 17th, and scheduled an appointment. I was told the tech would be there between Noon - 3. He showed up at 12:25. He also called 30 minutes before. The tech was quick, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. PLUS, it didn't cost as much as I thought, AND my air was back on within 30 minutes!
I'm always skeptical about companies I don't know, but gave Airtime a shot because of the many, positive reviews. Added bonus, they're in Chandler where I live. The reviews here are 100% accurate. I have found an HVAC company for life. Will definitely do business with Airtime again.

I did a lot of research before calling Airtime. Well, all the five star reviews were right on the money!! I was nervous about A/C companies ripping us off based on horror stories from friends and neighbors. We usually call my father-in-law for all our A/C needs, but had a feeling that this was going to be a bigger issue. Our thermostat wouldn't kick on appropriately, the pump was running constantly and no cold air was coming through, and the pipes outside were nearly frozen. When I called Airtime they were really friendly, listened to all our issues, and were able to send someone out the same day. The technician was polite and knowledgeable, he thought it might have have been the fan motor but wanted to do a thorough check anyway. Turns out it was just a corroded wire causing all the problems! Way easier and cheaper than replacing the fan motor! We were incredibly happy with the whole process! They were very thorough in their system check and didn't try to upsell us anything we didn't need. I will definitely be using them for all our A/C needs in the future.

Our 18 year old a/c unit finally broke this last weekend. My wife and I looked at online reviews and called several places to get some quotes. Some of the companies I contacted, wanted to give quotes over the phone and they seemed unrealistically low. When I called AirTime, Brian the owner, answered the phone and scheduled an appointment to come out the following Monday. He explained that he would look over everything thoroughly and give us some options to consider. Brian texted me to confirm our appointment and arrived on time that Monday. Brian and his coworker JD climbed up on the roof and checked everything out. As promised, Brian then provided us with the results of his inspection and gave us several different brand options and the corresponding all expenses included pricing. He also took pictures and pointed out some cracks and holes that had developed in our stucco roof. Two days later, Brian and his crew were back out at our place installing the new unit. They even patched up the damaged area of our roof! The a/c unit works perfectly and I really feel like we got a great deal. The yelp reviews say it all. Make sure you contact AirTime and get a quote from this company. A very happy customer for life.

It's nice to know there are honest and trustworthy HVAC companies and technicians. I called "Airtime" for my 80 year old mother, because another company, "Cool Breeze," attempted to take advantage of my mothers lack of HVAC knowledge.
After attempting to use business scare tactics and trying to convince my mom that the $39.00 Check-up had discovered over $1800.00 of needed parts and service. Thank goodness my mom called me on the telephone. After telling Cool Breeze to hit-the-road, I used the internet to search for a trustworthy company.
Proudly and thankfully, I came across "Airtime" and their very good ratings on Angie's List and Yelp.
I made an appointment with Airtime requesting another check-up and evaluation on my moms HVAC. Airtime's technician, Travis was on-time and very professional. His evaluation was drastically different from the other questionable company's evaluation. In fact, Travis advised the the system was in very good shape, but there was an item we should pay attention to over the next year or two. He told me that if it was his mothers HVAC, he wouldn't do anything right now.
It is a blessing to me that I have found an HVAC company that I can trust to service my Moms home without being ripped-off.
