Armando and his team did a phenomenal job fixing up my house. He fixed everything that needed fixing. He is a great communicator and very prompt. I will definitely utilize his services again in the future.

ACR Construction did an amazing job with removing our kitchen soffit and the load bearing wall separating our kitchen and dining room. It opened up the space very nicely and we gained additional storage area now that we can install 42 inch wall cabinets to top of the 8 foot ceiling. Armando was great to work with. He was honest, professional, knowledgable, timely, and he and his crew were very efficient with their work. The work was completed within Armando estimated timeframe. I look forward to working with ACR Construction in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone needing high quality work at a good price.

Working with Armando and ARC has been a pleasure. We got a very quick response from the initial consultation on Yelp, and Armando came by shortly after to take a look. Once at the house, he was able to look at everything and discuss different options to get us to our goal depending on what we wanted to spend which was great to have. Once we agreed to the work, Armando and his team started right away. Everything was well organized and planned out, when he said someone would show up they would, and all the crew did an excellent job with the work, not making a mess, and cleaning up after they were done. The final results of the project and attention to detail were fantastic. We'll definitely be using ARC again for whatever we need at the house and will be suggesting them to friends and family who are looking for work as well. Highly recommended!

We did a complete remodel with Armando and his team. I would definitely use them again. This involved smoothing out the walls, removing popcorn from most of the ceilings, leveling the floors upstairs, installing new floors and baseboards, installing new doors, remodeling a bathroom, some structural work around the window and door frames, new stairs, new tile in the entry way, and new kitchen counters.
The Pros:
*I FELT VERY SAFE WITH THEM: As a woman who works from home most of the time it is really important to me that I am comfortable with the people (usually men) working in my home. I felt 100% comfortable with every single person that worked in my home during our remodel. David, his main day worker, was at my house everyday for nearly 5 months. He felt more like family in the end.
*THEY DID GOOD WORK: Armando has assembled a great team! David, his main guy, is a jack of all trades. His work was great and he often made smart suggestions for how to improve things. I had two different tile subcontractors and I liked them both. My favorite of the two was Juan (he did our kitchen backsplash). His work was FLAWLESS the first time and I've never seen someone work faster. I liked the other guy too (Carlos, I think). He wasn't as fast and there were a few mistakes, but he came back to fix them quickly and everything was perfect in the end. The drywall subcontractor, Juan, did AMAZING work. I cannot believe that he was able to take our walls from nearly stucco texture to smooth. He even smoothed out the weird rainbow (fan?) texture on the ceiling in our bedroom. It made such a difference! Our 1970s home looks brand new and all horrible patch jobs and cracks from the prior owners are gone. It is so rare these days to find people that actually care about the job they do. It seems like everyone just wants to make a quick buck doing the absolutely minimum. These guys really took pride in their work.
*HONEST ABOUT TIME FRAME: When I would share our renovation with friends, family, and coworkers they would tell me nightmare stories about contractors who left them hanging. Contractors who started the work, but after demolishing things would not return for weeks on end (presumably because they were working on other jobs) or contractors who told them it would only take a month and it ended-up taking 3 months. Armando's time estimates were spot on. The only times his estimate changed were because we found an unexpected problem in our guest bath and needed to fix it and when we added on additional work. They were also at our house nearly everyday of the week. In fact, they routinely asked if they could come on Saturdays, but my husband wouldn't let them because he wanted some down time on the weekends.
*REASONABLE PRICES: Armando's estimate were reasonable compared to the other estimate we got. We initially got 4 estimates. One was WAY up there and the rest were all close to each other. Armando got the job because he was a decent human (two of the other guys were a real pricks), I felt comfortable with him, he was honest about the unknown costs (e.g., he gave me a range from worst to best case scenario about leveling my floors upstairs), and he was available.
The Cons:
*There were a few times when when we had a difference of opinion about what was included in the pricing. My husband and I heard one thing, but Armando's written contract would state another. I don't believe it was intentional, but just double-check the written contract before you agree to any of the work and fully flush out what is included. We were caught off guard a few times because we thought he said certain materials were included and they were not.
*We are happy with the renovation, but there have been some minor issues. The flooring installed downstairs clicks in certain spots. This is really weird because the flooring that was removed didn't click and it was cheap and didn't have any padding. We put down padding and more expensive flooring, so I don't understand why it is happening. When I mentioned this to Armando about 1/2 way through install, he said we should give it some time to settle. Time hasn't fixed the issue. We still have clicking in 3 places (bathroom, living room, kitchen). We also had a leak under the kitchen sink, the in-counter soap dispenser's cap is missing and we had to buy a new one, and some of the molding didn't get put back in place. Little stuff like that. Nothing major, just annoying. I'm sure they would come back and fix it, if we asked. Everyone was just in such a rush to finish by the holidays, including us.
To conclude, Armando and his team are great. I would highly recommend them for your next remodel. We plan to have them back to remodel the only room that didn't get remodeled in the entire house (our master bath).

I had my 36 year old floor to ceiling sliders replaced plus a couple of windows. They did a beautiful, clean job, very professional and respectful.
I would definitely use Acp again and I will strongly recommend them to friends and other people.
