Transforming Old HVAC Systems
Transforming Old HVAC Systems
At Arctic HVAC Solutions, we know that an efficient and reliable HVAC system is essential for any home. Recently, we were contacted by a customer whose 48-year-old HVAC split system had reached the end of its life due to an irreparable freon leak. The homeowner faced a common dilemma: Should they attempt repairs or go for a complete system replacement? This project highlights our commitment to providing tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.
The Before: Outdated and Inefficient
Our customer reached out after realizing their old HVAC system could not be salvaged. Many companies might have jumped straight to recommending a full system replacement, but we understood their hesitation. We offered to locate the leak and potentially repair it, demonstrating our dedication to exploring all options before concluding.
However, after thorough discussions and consideration, the homeowner decided it was best to retire the aging system altogether. They appreciated our willingness to assess their system's condition instead of merely pushing for a new installation.
The Transformation Process
Once we agreed on a replacement, our team set to work on providing a range of competitive bids that included various options tailored to the homeowner's preferences. We proposed a new two-stage HVAC system, which offers enhanced efficiency and comfort.
Steven, one of our experienced team members, engaged with the customer throughout this phase, patiently answering numerous questions, as it was their first experience with a new HVAC system installation. Transparency and communication are cornerstones of our service at Arctic HVAC Solutions, and it was rewarding to see our efforts pay off in customer satisfaction.
When it came time for the installation, we assigned Romen, one of our best technicians, to ensure everything went smoothly. He approached the installation as if it were his own home, showcasing the care and attention to detail that our team is known for.
Romen worked diligently, putting in long hours, and even went above and beyond by adding additional upgrades, such as installing a 5-inch filter rack with a MERV 13 filter. This ensures the new system remains protected and operates seamlessly for years to come.
The After: A Flawless HVAC Solution
The installation was completed successfully within a few days, and the new HVAC system passed inspection effortlessly. The client was thrilled with the comprehensive service we provided— from the selection process to the finished product.
Our customer remarked:
> "Finding someone to install a new HVAC system right for your house is a daunting task as it's something essential, expensive, and changes in technology. Arctic HVAC Solutions made it as stress-free as possible, ensuring transparency, competitive prices, a 5-year labor warranty, quick communication, and expertise. We highly recommend them."
We take great pride in our ability to deliver quality workmanship and attentive service consistently. Our team's dedication to ensuring job sites remained clean and our professionalism left a lasting impression on the homeowner.
