Transforming a Home with Expert Repairs
Transforming a Home with Expert Repairs
At Arshan LLC, we take pride in every project we undertake. Recently, we had the pleasure of transforming a home for a wonderful client, Tom R., in San Francisco. He reached out to us with a couple of significant challenges he was facing, and our team was excited to step in and provide the solutions he needed.
The Before State: Challenges Faced
Tom had two major issues that prompted his call to our team. First, there was a leak in his picture windows, which posed not just a nuisance but also a risk of damage to his home. Additionally, he was contending with an old, rusted bathroom sink and countertop, as well as some malfunctioning shut-off valves that were stuck and not operating correctly.
The previous plumber who worked on his home had left things in disarray, causing more issues than solutions. Tom felt frustrated and was looking for a dependable handyman who could restore his home to a functional and stylish state.
> Customer Review:
> "Wow! I'm so glad I found Batir! He and his brother repaired a leak in our picture windows. Up on a 24-foot ladder they re-calked and repainted. You would never know they had been here. So very friendly and professional. We're really happy."

> "EDIT: We hired Batir and his brother again in January 2025 to replace an old rusted bathroom sink and counter top and some old frozen shut-off valves. Again, super job! We love the new sink which Batir picked out for us. We feel so lucky to have found Batir."
The Transformation Process
Our team quickly got to work, starting with the repairs on the picture windows. We recognized the urgency of the situation, so we carefully climbed a 24-foot ladder to ensure the job was done safely and efficiently. We re-calked the areas that had been compromised and applied fresh paint, ensuring that everything looked seamless once we had finished. The transformation was incredible, and the windows were back in pristine condition.
Next, we tackled the bathroom sink issue. Tom wanted a stylish upgrade that would not only function well but also enhance the overall aesthetic of his bathroom. Our handyman helped him select a modern sink that perfectly suited his taste and replaced the old, rusted sink and countertop. We also addressed the stuck shut-off valves, ensuring everything was fully operational and ready for use.
The After Results: A Happy Homeowner
After completing the project, we received positive feedback from Tom, expressing how thrilled he was with the results. Not only did our team resolve his initial issues, but we also left him with a beautifully upgraded bathroom. Tom's new sink and the expertly repaired windows have undoubtedly refreshed his home.
Overall, our commitment to professionalism and quality work was appreciated. We felt honored to be the solution he was searching for, and we're proud that our services continue to make a difference in our customers' lives.
