Just had refrigerator service from Mike at InstantFix. True to the name, he came almost immediately after we called. Very friendly and professional. He brought shoe covers and a facemask, he was really quiet working inside the house which was great. He diagnosed the problem rapidly, and he found the parts to fix it and replaced it. And he explained everything really nicely. He got it back to working order by the late afternoon. The price was very reasonable. He also gave great advice on considering a new purchase, and even cleaned the back to make sure the current machine worked better (and would last longer). Highly recommended!!

I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by Mike from InstantFix. My washer broke down unexpectedly, and I was in a bit of a panic. However, from the moment I contacted them, the experience was smooth sailing.
Mike arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my washer and efficiently went about fixing it. Not only did he resolve the problem, but he also took the time to explain what went wrong and provided some valuable maintenance tips to prevent future issues.
Thank you once again for your excellent service!

I recently had Mike come out to repair my dishwasher, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service! I had reached out to several repair professionals, but Mike was the only one who asked about the make and error code right off the bat. This attention to detail immediately set him apart and showed his expertise.

When Mike arrived, he was punctual and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the problem clearly. After the diagnosis, Mike took the time to lay out the pros and cons of replacing versus repairing the dishwasher. He did this in a very informative and non-persuasive manner, and I never felt pressured to make a decision, which I greatly appreciated.

The repair was completed efficiently, and my dishwasher is now running perfectly again.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and skilled technician, I highly recommend Mike. His customer service and technical skills are top-notch. I'll definitely call him for any future appliance repairs!
