I cannot recommend this company given their tiling inexperience, communication practices, and basic contracting strategy.
Koren and Daniel are not sufficiently experienced or detail oriented for custom projects, especially shower tiling with large format tiles. After 5 unsuccessful attempts at tiling a curbless shower, I was forced to subcontract another tiling professional that finished it in under a week with the same specs. Additionally, the team did not install the rest of our tile with the spacing we specified (within manufacturer recommendations) and did not communicate in advance of that change. The grout lines are more than double the width we requested. This team regularly ignored instructions and modified plans without explanation--sometimes in ways which seemed intentionally opaque. Koren repeatedly invoiced us before hitting contract milestones or verifying work quality. As a result, I had to take a more active role in managing the project. It was far more painful than if I had hired several subcontractors myself. Our 2 month project dragged on for 9 months because of avoidable errors and poorly coordinated attempts to correct obvious mistakes.
If you move forward with this company, I strongly recommend requiring a video demonstration of water continuously draining from tiled wet surfaces before allowing them to invoice. They repeatedly informed me that our shower flooring was finished when the bathroom would flood in seconds with water running. I had a conversation with Koren where I ultimately said: "send me a video of the shower draining and I will pay the invoice immediately." That was attempt 2; He didn't send a video.
At project outset, I provided suggestions and reference photos of how to tile the shower to feed into a linear drain (last photo attached). They basically ignored all suggestions and refused to take input on cut patterns or slope, both of which have industry standard, as I directed. After at least two unsuccessful attempts, instead of offering a written plan to correct the problem they questioned me along the lines of: "can I ask--are you a builder? Why do you think you know how to do this? Sometimes customers try to tell us how to do things that won't work..." I'm a Mechanical Engineer with a BS/MS, but they still didn't accept my suggestion and tried several more times before giving up and saying it could not be done. Now the shower floor drains and looks exactly how I wanted (save for grout width), but not because of this company.
Ultimately, that question of experience triggered an ego issue for Koren which plagued our project, and I gather that ours was an edge case experience. I don't doubt that this company is capable of executing straightforward projects within their skill set, but they will pitch themselves as a high end / custom installer. That pitch is incompatible with a strategy of exclusively relying on internally trained workers while picking up projects beyond their current experience level. They are 'generally' knowledgeable, but they are not--and cannot--be experts at everything. If an issue arises outside of their skill set, they will not delegate it and cannot learn best practices as a result. This was abundantly apparent when they could not take outside direction or generate any specific tiling plan. I gather that this is why they so regularly deviate from instructions--as other reviews note--they simply do what they have done previously. At some point that breaks down and does not justify their sticker price as a GC, where planning, communication, and connections with quality subcontractors are the most valuable services. While I do not consider this team to be effective as a premium/custom installer, they made an attempt to see the project to completion despite obvious difficulty. They are, however, running a business in a way I disagree with and I cannot recommend. Three stars seems fair. They need to learn to ask for help and to understand the realistic limitations of their contracting approach. I genuinely hope you learned from this feedback and the project experience.
*Review edited to add photo timeline.* I initially excluded these images as a courtesy, but have provided them out of obligation since the integrity of my review was challenged.
First photo: the ostensibly completed tiling. This was alarming; I was sent an invoice.
Second: the flawed cut pattern and resulting water flow path.
Third: the message thread for a key milestone which was missed and invoiced, ultimately causing a several week delay over the holidays.
Fourth/Fifth: our text thread bookending when my tile pro started and finished tiling work during the week of 22-Jan after I secured a replacement drain (saving them about $100 since they didn't buy the same style as the two we had already purchased).
Finally, a screenshot of the original response to this review--unfortunately indicative of the project communication we received working with Koren.

MIRACLE TRANSFORMATION AT A REASONABLE PRICE.
My wife and I did a completely remodel of a ten-year-old home in Driftwood, Texas. We chose ATX Remodeling, and the work was completed on time about two weeks ago. Daniel and Koren were wonderful to work with, 100% responsive, and totally receptive to concern or question my wife or I had. The crew was courteous, friendly, and worked tirelessly. They all deserved and received big tips.
I have given good reviews and given bad reviews. I understand that Yelp reviews are so powerful and so universally relied on, that I have been offered free services and products just to remove a rare well-deserved bad review. In the case of ATX Remodeling, these folks are on the podium with gold medals around their neck in my book. I thoroughly vetted this company by calling a half dozen references and interrogating them thoroughly. Never in my life have I experienced references literally going to bat for a company and strongly urging me to hire them and experience the quality, efficiency, and professionalism of ATX Remodeling. I was sold after I checked their references; and now that they are done with the work--I am now the one urging you to give this company your business. We did a completely kitchen, living room remodel with all new cabinets, Quartzite countertops, ceiling beams, floors, walls, and they even knocked out an entire stone wall and inserted a beautiful three-panel sliding glass door. It turned out fabulously.
The entire project took an amazingly shortly 90 days, because Daniel and Koren seamlessly had multiple disciplines going at any one time. When our neighbors came over to see the work and heard our testimonial, they hired ATX Remodeling on the spot and their crew is working next door to us as I write this. And the best part of the entire experience is--wait for it--they were the low bidder to begin with. That made us naturally suspicious; but our suspicions were allayed almost instantly.
I never thought in a million years I would (or even could) give a better recommendation for ATX Remodeling than the ones I received talking to past customers of theirs before we even got started; but I just did.

We had ATX remodel our upstairs bath as well as our kitchen floor. Koren and Daniel did everything they promised. Most of the work was tile on walls and floors. We are very happy, and the craftsmanship is beautiful.

We hired ATX Remodeling to renovate our old bathroom, that was not functional. Koren came out to discuss our options, we liked his vision and Daniel, who is a manager of labor, execute the work to perfection. We very happy and will use them again for future projects.
