Two guys came, one did all the work and the other spent the entire time selling me on additional services.

They also cleaned our dryer vent and didn't hook it up again after cleaning it so when we went to go do laundry again our whole laundry room was filled with the exhaust of the dryer and we now need to pull it out and rehook it up.

Update: they called me this morning and offered to come fix the dryer vent hookup and offered to refund the $149 service fee if I take down this review. My guess is they do this with everyone who leaves a bad review which is why they have nearly no bad reviews.
