Updating review. I was told the reason for cancellation was due to the holiday (my appointment was January 2nd). There was no bad weather yet and at least a week away, so looks like I'm being confused with someone else.

They had good customer service over the phone and through Yelp "projects." Cannot rate on service as my appointment was cancelled (they called to reschedule) 15 minutes prior to the arrival window. I hired Austin Breeze to come clean my air ducts because my wife and kids have been getting sick recently and saying they get stuffy noses after walking in our house, so we thought the air ducts must have been very dirty. But, Austin Breeze came out and looked at our ducts and said the ducts are already very, very clean. They even took pictures which will help me convince my wife that it's not the ducts (as she has convinced herself). They could have charged me hundred of dollars and just hung out in the attic for a while, but they were honest and demonstrated that they can be trusted to make correct evaluations and recommendations. They even gave me the photos of the clean ducts. It's great to find an ethical company. I highly recommend Austin Breeze!

Great communication, timely and the service man that cleaned my chimney was very professional and polite. They were a little more expensive, but the level of service is worth it.
