We've worked with Jon of Austin Modern Roofing on three occasions. First, after ice grapefruits fell from the sky, Jon helped us navigate a full replacement, including coordination with our skylight vendor. Now he has helped us assess two properties we were looking to purchase, providing info on one that could have ended with a damaged roof our insurance company would not have covered. His professionalism, timeliness, and commitment to his word are why we will reach out to Jon next time we have roofing needs here in Austin.

We had Jon’s team take care of the roof on our house. Our new insurance company threatened to cancel our policy after accepting us, based on a post inspection.
Jon came out, inspected the roof & told us that he felt we would be fine for several more years, but we decided to move forward with a new metal roof. The cost was reasonable and they watched the weather forecast for the optimal time to get it done within the time frame dictated by the insurance company.
The crew did a great job keeping the worksite clean and safe. The new roof looks amazing & since it is metal, it will last for decades. Highly recommend!!
