Serhii responded to my inquiry and showed up on time and ready to work within two hours of my first message. Only then did we find out upon plugging in my tv (after Serhii successfully mounted it), that the tv was broken…totally my fault for not checking first. I picked up a new tv and Serhii came right back, uninstalled the old mount, installed the new one, and only charged me once — a very reasonable fee! Kind, responsive, patient, professional, and high quality work. Highly recommended and will work with Serhii again!
