We had the nightmare of needing to replace 60' of cast iron under the slab of our finished basement. We had multiple companies in to diagnose the issue and provide quotes. Some companies recognized the truth of the situation - they had us over a barrel - and it showed in their estimates. Axiom, on the other hand, was fair to us from start to finish. Dan showed up promptly and tried to diagnose our problem with a camera at no charge and Bruce looked for creative solutions that would allow us to avoid removing flooring and cabinets. In the end, we chose the traditional method of removing everything, jackhammering the concrete, laying new pipes, and then pouring new concrete. The pricing was fair, the Axiom crews were friendly and competent, and the project was scheduled a month before other companies could take it on. This was a nasty problem, we chose a nasty fix, but I'm very happy we had the Axiom team handling it.

We had to decommission our Septic Tank and hook up to the City line. After having trouble scheduling other contractors, we received a recommendation to speak with Dan @ Axiom. We were immediately impressed with Dan's eagerness to perform the job. Also got it scheduled in a very short time, and the office staff was great to work with! As soon as the project started, the crew was absolutely fantastic. They started on time each day, were communicative throughout the process, and the quality and speed of work were top notch. On top of that we had neighbors come over and comment how impressed they were with how clean they kept the jobsite. They went above and beyond each day to ensure we were satisfied with the work performed. Would highly recommend!

I was in a pinch at getting some electrical trenching done. I called and talked with Alysia - she was awesome and jumped to the task! The team was very professional, kind, and courteous and got the job done on time. I was impresses. The only issue I had, and is why not 5 stars, is that we have a Daffodil garden along the side of the driveway. The first day the team basically trampled this garden which broke our hearts. We then put up a barrier to prevent them doing this the second day - but they could see the 3 inch shoots coming up! Other than that, I highly recommend this company to anyone!!!!! Bottom line, they were there for me when I needed them most (all be it very expensive work).

I've had nothing but good experiences from this company. The owner is very personable and obviously cares about what he does. Highly recommend Axiom PDX to anyone who needs them!

We had to connect to the city sewer this year when our 70-year old septic system finally failed. Due to slope and distance from the sewer line, it was necessary to either install pumps in the back yard or reverse the drains to the front of the house, which entailed jackhammering across a finished daylight basement.

After considering several proposals, we opted to reverse the drains. Axiom presented us with the best price, and also the best plan, which would have the plumbing unavailable for only a couple of hours during the changeover to the new drains (it turned out to be under an hour!). They were also able to do the work within a week of accepting the proposal.

Axiom's team was fantastic. They were professional and pleasant, and did this extensive work in 3 days. After cleaning up and replacing some tile, you could not tell that a major construction operation had ever happened.

We were very impressed, and highly recommend Axiom.

Dan came out to take a look at our storm water drainage from our gutters. We have had issues for years with a leak getting into the basement during high intensity, heavy rains. We have had other contractors come out and look, and they didn't seem to listen to our points on what was happening, and always immediately recommended the most expensive option.
Dan came out and scoped the line, and within an hour realized the pipe to the main sewer were completely broken - storm water was dumping into the ground, right along the foundation where the leaks always occurred. He came back the next day and fixed the pipeline, and did a thorough check of the other drainage lines to be sure there would be no other issues. That evening - we had one of the rain events that would definitely cause leaking in the basement - and were so pleased to see it dry! And twice since!
We are happy with his service, professionalism, and ability to listen to us and find/solve the problem very quickly. Absolutely recommend and will use him again if ever needed. I just wish we would have found Axiom 5 years ago.
