I contacted this business via their Yelp! ad, and Mr. Bailey called me back very quickly that same day. He made time to come the next day to do the diagnostic, found what the problem was quickly and communicated very clearly how he could fix it. Because he had to buy a part for the machine, he had to come back the next day to complete the repair, but he did so in a timely manner, and for a reasonable price. I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received from Bailey Appliance Repair - Mr. Bailey was trustworthy, transparent and went above and beyond - re-setting some bolts on the machine that had fallen off over time with use when he didn’t have to, because I never would have known! I will continue to recommend him to everyone I know.

We bought a washer dryer set recently with a dryer that requires a gas hook up. We did not know that in New York you need a licensed professional to set up a gas dryer. We checked yelp and located Bailey repair which listed themselves as licensed for dryer hook up. We received a reply within the hour and had set up a time to meet the very next day. Mr. Bailey maintained good communication, arrived on time, with mask and respectful of our home. He got right to work and completed the hook up within an hour or so. He was very kind and explained to me all of the ways that we need to maintain our dryer, not only for longevity but for safety since gas dryers can pose a fire risk if not maintained properly. I also asked Mr. Bailey about installing a vent in our bathroom and he assessed the situation and provided us with a price that we thought was extremely reasonable.
