If you're putting a putting green this is not the place to have it done. We've had several properties that we've used turf and we tried this company and the quality of grass that they used is horrible . We picked premium grass but it was fraying and grass was coming off . The seams and sand were exposed . It was horrible. Customer service was terrible as well

Bay are turf did a wonderful job. They were quick responsive. Daniel came to give bid was very knowledgeable. I contact office Austin was also helpful in answering my questions. People that came out was friendly and clean up everything up nicely. Very happy with my turf. Thank you

Ok my initial review was 5 stars. They were Great! Well 3 months after installation we started to get a urine smell from our dogs. We had paid for the absorbent product upon installation and we're told it should work fine for a year. Contacted Bay Area Turf and was told it would be $350-400 to send crew to remove urine smell. Very disappointed in their Customer Service! Too Bad So Sad!

After 18 years of truly futile attempts to keep any semblance of a backyard lawn growing, we decided to take the plunge and invest in replacing our always-dead or dying rear lawn with artificial turf. We selected Bay Area Turf of Livermore, after doing the research, as well as seeing the beautiful job they did on a large front yard just up the street from us.

From the first meeting with their estimator, to watching their crew's tail-lights leave our cul-de-sac after finishing the job, we knew we had made the right choice, and their pricing was well inline with the other companies that we considered.

The 5-man crew arrived on the agreed-upon day and time, with trucks, trailers, and the tools needed to remove 4" of dirt and widespread tree roots, and they got to work immediately! This team quickly, and without complaint, went the extra mile to excavate our difficult, root-filled dead lawn area, all while being super-friendly, professional, and willing to answer my many questions regarding this fascinating process. This particular team's work ethic and efficiency was simply AMAZING, as they were able to complete our entire complicated job... 508 square feet... in only about 6-1/2 hours of being on-site!

I had 500 sq ft of turf installed in my backyard due to the lawn being demolished by doggie play dates. It was pricy ($6800), but all turf is pricy these days AND these guys are awesome to work with. They are complete pros and absolutely know what they are doing. Having dealt with a lot of unreliable contractors, I've decided I'm willing to pay extra if it means I'm getting a pro experience with no headaches.

- Arrived at all meetings on time and prepared
- Payment plan was reasonable
- Booked install relatively quickly; about a month after I decided to move forward
- Install crew was professional, efficient, cleaned up and did it all in one day! They were also able to work around existing sprinklers that I wanted to keep operational.

Great company and service! I had a ~200 sq ft space covered with artifical turf by Bay Area Turf. There was a minor issue with a hose reel pad just outside of the area wasn't made big enough. They came back the next day and fixed it in less than 30 minutes no problem at all. Highly recommended!
