When I decided to remodel my bathroom I was nervous about the process, but Bayside Builders Group and Nick as the project manager made it a really smooth experience. Nick came by early on to understand how I wanted to use the space, not just how I wanted it to look, and he offered suggestions I never would have thought of that made a huge difference in the design. Throughout the project he kept in close contact, letting me know exactly what was happening each week, and I never once felt left in the dark. The crew was respectful of my home, kept the work area clean, and you could see the pride they put into their craft in the way the tiles were laid out and the finishes were handled.

By the time the project wrapped up, I felt like the bathroom had been truly customized for me. It now feels like a private spa, with beautiful fixtures, a smart layout, and lighting that makes the whole room glow. We will recommend this company and Nick in particular to friends and family !

The customer service I received was outstanding. From the moment I reached out, the team was responsive, kind, and genuinely eager to help. They listened carefully to my concerns and made sure everything was handled promptly and professionally. It really stood out how much they cared about making sure I was satisfied. Every interaction felt thoughtful and respectful, and I truly appreciated the level of attention and support I received.
