We had our ADU staircase, kitchenette and washer/dryer hookups done by Bayside. During the recent atmospheric river downpour here in San Ramon our staircase leaked wreaking havoc to the stairs waterproof material and thus water leaked inside our garage walls and floors. Bayside was our second contractor to see the water damage after the first contractor rejected the service possibly due to the dry mold that ensued due to the water leak. After seeing the damage and the construction service we requested for Bayside to demo and install a new staircase, kitchenette and washer/dryer hookups for our ADU we all agreed to a price that works for us. We are happy we selected Bayside because Bayside really makes sure that all our worrisome concerns are taken care of with the right price. Thank you Ron, Paulo, Roberto for a great job well done! Kudos to the entire Bayside staff and partners our ADU stairs leak issue are all behind us and we look forward for many years of pleasant memories enjoying our new ADU modern staircase, kitchenette and washer/dryer appliances!

Honestly a poorly run operation.
After the positive reviews on Yelp, I reached out to them through the website and was put in contact with Dispatch 3 group. We exchanged phone calls and emails and scheduled a date to have onsite visit and a quote. I took a day off of work so I can be at home when they come by.
The morning of the visit, they call me immediately before the appointment to cancel. There goes my day off, wasted.

They offered me another appointment on a Sunday, I agree, cancel my plans for the weekend, and planned to meet them at my residence.

Again, 2 days before the appointment, they call me to cancel because it was a Jewish holiday.

Now I fully understand and appreciate holidays of all cultures. But why would they schedule an appointment on a date they cannot honor?

Overall terrible experience and I walked away understanding that if a company cannot appropriately show up for appointments set, they cannot be trusted to complete projects on time and on budget.

1 star.

I had a decent amount of dry rot that needed repair so after contacting several businesses I went with Bayside Builders Group where I met Dan. He was very informative and responsive. The work was done quickly and well. I had questions about one repair and Dan said, "no problem, we will re-do that" and they did. Very satisfied with the outcome and the quick turnaround. Dan was very pleasant to work with and kept me up to date through the project.

They were persistent about getting the project done to my satisfaction. Kudos to Project Manager Bar for always responding quickly to my requests.

Pretty pushy with the calls and texts even after canceling the appointment for quote fir xterior house painting. They stated a minimum spend, initially agreed to for purposes of getting a quote. Canceled appt when I got a couple quotes for much less than their minimum spend fir same work and quality of pain.
