Mr. David Lanham, the electrician, was highly professional. He listened attentively to my concerns and quickly diagnosed the electrical issue I was experiencing. He explained the problem in detail and showed me the affected area that was causing the issue.
Because of Mr. Lanham's excellent service, I will choose Beacon Home Service for any future electrical needs.

Contacted Beacon Home Service because I was having issues with my smoke detector. The response time was very quick, and the technician Matt Lang arrived within a few hours. Matt did a thorough job of inspecting and troubleshooting the detector, and suggested replacing the detector. I found Matt to be knowledgeable and friendly and the job was done to my satisfaction.

The whole Beacon team was great start to finish. My only issue was that I filled out the online form for an appt and it didn't go through. Had to call and I reached an after-hours call center and then had to call a third time the following am. Had I not done that, I would not have had service the next day, so the online appt app, really needs to be fixed as well as notification next business day by the afterhours service. Beyond this snafu, Will was great in presenting all options from $1600 - $9000. After I recovered, we chose something right in the middle. I valued the time he took to explain the details and answering my multiple questions of why I would do one option vs another. Will then started the work with two others, Bryce & his brother (not sure of his name) and then just Bryce & his brother returned a few days later to complete the work. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and respectful while in our house. The work was completed and they even needed to come back to fix something right after leaving to replace an outlet that was not working. Overall 5 stars for the team and work done. The price seemed steep at first, but I feel like what we got for the price and the service and warranty we received will go a long way. Rebecca followed up sending me the survey via text when I couldn't answer right away, Amy kept us posted on arrival times. My only suggestion, fix the online appt option and communication from afterhours service to office staff so you don't lose customers who may not call back like I did. At this point, I have found out go to for an Electrician which hopefully we don't need in the future ....maybe will even try their plumbing to see if they're as good as I still haven't found a great plumber and I've tried many. Thanks Beacon team!

Jarrett was amazing he communicated very well with different situations. Honestly there were some issues with the power being out but he quickly made the effort to fix everything ASAP knowing how that can impact our daily lifestyle. I would recommend people to trust Jarrett with his skill in this work.
