We continue to be pleased with the level of service and professionalism provided by Beacon for both our electrical and plumbing needs for our older home. The front office team (Amy and Rebecca) are very communicative and are great about giving updates on the timing of the technician's arrival so I am not stuck waiting all day.

For our most recent biannual inspection, we had Luis for plumbing and Juan for electrical. Both are knowledgable and professional and give honest feedback about "have to do" vs. "nice to do" work in their realms. I never feel like I am being pressured to spend on something that doesn't need fixing. Overall very happy with Beacon - thank you team!
