The electrical technician Carl was also exceptional and did a phenomenal job. Both technicians were highly professional, courteous, and well experienced. Scheduling and communication with Beacon was also a very easy and professional process. The technicians arrived when they said they would, and service was very prompt. I highly recommend this company, and in particular plumber Ray, and electrician Carl. As far as price, you do get what you pay for. I suspect that I could have found a cheaper alternative, but I don’t think I could have found as good a service for a lesser price.
