We had another crazy electrical problem that we discovered late at night. After leaving a message, I received a call at 7am sharp to get the details and to schedule a service call. Within a few hours, Craig and another technician were on-site and had the issue diagnosed (a NOVEC issue) in no time. Not only did they help with the call to NOVEC, they stuck around to make sure things went smoothly. Within a few hours power was restored, and in the process we discovered that a few breakers weren't functioning correctly. Back out Craig came and, again, they had the issue diagnosed and repaired in no time.

Beacon is now 3 for 3 with us and I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Scheduling the appointment was easy and communication was exceptional. They kept me in the loop on the arrival window and, like they said they would, let me know precisely 40 minutes out.

Mr. Friday did an outstanding job on everything we asked. In particular, I asked him to extend an outlet to reach some appliances. Instead he found a much better, much cleaner solution than I ever would have thought of.

I will be calling on Beacon again in the future and will recommend them, and Mr. Friday, to family and friends without hesitation.

From the day I called them, customer service lady was fantastic and very communicative. She followed up on the appt on the day and previous and made sure the timing is still good. After service, She called me to check if all was good and my issues resolved!! Best customer experience.

In my 24 years of home ownership i have never come across a professional electrician like Mat!!! Man, he was thorough and very professional.

My outdoor electrical post light / breaker and two outlets acting weird and would trip often. Before Mat, 4 to 5 other electrical companies have tried to debug the issue in last 3 years and all no good. They would just put a new breaker switch and leave. And after 3 months the breaker will fail again. Mat understood the issue and did a very thorough debugging and found the problem!! The breaker issue that was nagging me for 3 to 4 years finally came to an end. Thank you Mat !!!

Will and Bryce came over and helped us resolve some electrical issues. They were very professional and friendly. They explained the issues well and went through our options for resolving them. Their ability to come up with better solutions as they understood the electrical layout demonstrated their experience. We would definitely use their services again in the future.
