If you are looking for a low priced work that would require you to spend twice as much in a couple of years down the road to fix your low-priced work, Best Hands is not for you. I wanted to share that Mohammad and his team have been stellar from day 1, from start to finish. Best Hands construction is not cheap, but fair. They do quality work. My bathroom needed a complete overhaul, because the previous owner used the people who provided the cheapest quote and the outcome showed. Soon after we moved into our house, black mold started to appear and the floor boards started to bubble and separate from the wall due to all the moistures resulted from water leakage in the bathroom. Mohammed involved us every step of the way during the project, so we can see and understand the work being done. He and his team worked practically everyday to complete the remodeling of our master bathroom. We are 100% certain that all the moisture has been removed and re-piping has been done accurately. We love our new bathroom. I love it even more that my health is not longer been impacted by the mold.

After contacting him to get an estimate for work, I had to remind him he never got back to me. After he responded, we set up an appointment and he came to my house to give me an estimate. Seemed professional but never heard from him again. I asked the next day if he had an estimate for me and he didn't even have the decency to answer. Luckily I got the work done at a great price with another company.

These Guys are real Craftsmen. Their attention to detail is unequaled. If you want quality work call Mohammed from Best Hands Construction you can't go wrong.

Above & Beyond

I had to entrust someone with my Grandparents home and while being out of State. I'm glad I selected Mohammad and Best Hands Construction.
I found Best Hands on Yelp and IG and just felt some sort of way about them. There was really no need to convince me. I actually had an attitude with my husband at one point making it clear that we were not choosing any other, but them. We interviewed roughly 6 others, for what?.

They started Apr. 18th with the demo and finished most of the work by June 15.

Because I was not there, Mohammad did the initial estimate and walk thru by phone. Not sure why this was so difficult for other contractors, keep it that way. This singled Best Hands out displaying time and care. My Aunts also noted, Mohammad showed up prepared by simply having a tape measure. I thought most folks do.

Carlos and Marlo started the demo. Marlo and Mohammad did a lot of the work at the property. A few others showed up to finish tile work, not sure of their names. Again, other team members would stop by every now and then to assist. They also pulled very late hours to get everything done. Plus spend time reviewing progress and cost with my husband, who also babysat by camera- it was the intense excitement.

Let's be clear they updated the entire house 1600 sq. ft. 3bdrm/ 2 bth. down to the garage.

I was nervous, but they did their thing. If my grandparents were alive, I think they would be amazed at the uplifting. Mohammad made mechanical, functional, and aesthetic suggestions. Down to the Gold handles on the white vanity, and even the style of sink in the kitchen...... A big big thank you to the counter top company.

It's important that regardless of where you are located, people do what they agree to do. We did have to get clarity on some of the expenses as they were missed/overlooked in terms of cost, or what would be done. We did the final through with Ray and Carlos (they were amazing). And of course my husband would make some changes and Mohammad not be there. Ray is good, but just do it with Mohammad, because he has an eye and some things may be noted or thought of that he may suggest. With Ray we just gave her a rundown of everything we wanted. However, Carlos did point out some items to us. Ray even took the time to educate us on a grant for the windows, that my family should have gotten when Grandma was alive (sigh). I did incur additional cost because the ceiling in the kitchen and dining area are different. After opening the kitchen and removing the wall it was noticed, so I had to pay to rebuild a small bulk head.

With the house being built in the 60's, and previous repairs done half ass, there were other unforeseen needed repairs, and Best Hands did take care of them to make sure they were fixed correctly. Reinforced walls, a leaking pipe under the tub. Much appreciated.

Best Hands has established relationships with many other service providers, cabinets, counters etc. which helps him streamline the project and stay on schedule. So save your gas, no need to run all over the city looking here and there.

Best Hands did go above and beyond on my project..... he felt my heart. They even covered water stains from the previous old roof, that my uncles couldn't block out (side-eye). They were exactly what I needed for this Season in my life. I just was not here for anyone else's foolishness. I am so thankful. If I need anything else, I'm calling again.

Let me also just say this, as a person who is self employed I can't say it enough, they took very good care of me. They get calls all day. If you call, you should really consider using Best Hands, not just for an estimate. Half the time the companies that insurance carriers refer us to, do not do a good job. Select Them. I keep hearing it's hard to find reliable contractors, no need to hesitate. Decide what you want and call them. Don't worry about the others. They equal: Honesty/Ethics, Total Reliability, Great Craftsmanship, Workmanship, and my Budget. That's all you need. Would I recommend them? Uhhh can we say "HELL YEAH!!"

Best Hands Construction came out for a pantry project and Mohammad helped us re-imagine the space to incorporate more useful storage areas as well as a functional coffee area with floating shelves. The project far exceeded expectations. Mohammad and his team displayed a high level of professionalism, workmanship, craftsmanship and not to mention cleanliness. Highly recommend.

They did an amazing job installing my bathroom vanity, light and mirror as well as a living room fan. The cost was fair and not over the top. They were professional and did the job right! I would definitely use them again.
