Transform Your Home with New Windows
Transform Your Home with New Windows
At Bethany Windows, we understand that good windows can transform a home, both in appearance and functionality. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with a customer, Maureen Slusser, who needed to upgrade her home’s windows. Her 18 windows were over fifteen years old, and she recognized it was time for a change.
The Before: Challenges Faced
Maureen reached out to us with concerns about energy efficiency and aesthetics. Many of her current windows were drafty, hampering comfort and significantly increasing her energy bills. Additionally, the outdated look was not in line with her vision for a modern, inviting home. She needed a reliable team to guide her through the window selection and installation processes to not only improve the look of her home but also enhance its comfort and value.
Our Solution: The Transformation Process
Our team started with a thorough consultation to understand Maureen’s specific needs and preferences. Dan, our founder, and lead salesman, took the time to explain the different types of windows we offer. We pride ourselves on variety and quality, ensuring we have options to meet every customer’s needs.
Maureen commented on Dan’s approach, saying, > “He was persistent but NEVER pressuring... He truly had my best interest right from the start.” This reflects our mantra of providing honest advice and never compromising on customer service.
After selecting her windows, we coordinated the installation schedule to minimize disruption. Our lead contractor, Colby, alongside his skilled team, ensured that each window was installed perfectly, paying close attention to detail. The installation took precision and patience, especially as Maureen had a young child at home. We made sure to accommodate her family's needs, resulting in a seamless experience.
The After: Beautiful Results
The outcome of the project was stunning! With 18 new windows installed, Maureen's home now boasts enhanced curb appeal and has become significantly more comfortable. She reported a noticeable reduction in energy usage, and the aesthetic upgrade matched her updated vision perfectly.
When reflecting on her experience, Maureen expressed her gratitude, saying, > “Colby was/is hardworking. He modeled amazing work ethic and professionalism... It's been exactly one year since I had 18 windows installed, and I would choose Bethany Windows again.”
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, and Maureen's story illustrates that perfectly. Our commitment to professionalism and quality installation allows us to deliver significant transformations that resonate with our customers.
