This is a long overdue great review. Dan and his team at Bethany windows replaced some very old aluminum jalousie windows on my mid century ranch home that were really inefficient and difficult to take care of. They put in some solid, beautiful and modern Marvin custom windows (Essential Line) in the large brick openings in the front, sides and back. It’s tricky working with an old home and with some of the unknowns relating to the structure when replacing windows. Dan and his team are very patient and careful about taking measurements and about the design choices, function and performance aspects while also being mindful of keeping the costs reasonable through fair pricing and great relationships with suppliers.. Dan answered all of my questions and concerns, spent a lot of time and was professional and responsive. These are nice windows, and they really transform the home, and help with the extreme western sun exposure which made one room almost uninhabitable. Installation by Mike and his team was an expert job which looks great, and I knew from research that the install is the most important part of a successful window replacement. Chuck followed up with the details after the install and Bethany has an installation warranty that I can contact them with if I have any problems. Also it is just such a joy to deal with kind, hardworking people who are trustworthy and who care about doing a great job. I enjoy my new windows everyday. Thank you! Susan Groves.

TL;DR I was embarrassingly thorough in researching window companies, and received in-person estimates/quotes from pretty much every reputable company serving Central Texas. Hands down, without a doubt: Bethany Windows is THE best bang for the buck. My wife and I moved into our 1990s build home a few years ago, which had 23 original, single-pane windows of various shapes and sizes on the front. We knew they would have to be replaced sooner than later, and that time finally came in October 2024. I reached out to every reputable company I could find in town, and received eight separate home visits/estimates. In the end, Bethany Windows absolutely, positively stood out above the rest by a long mile. Dan Hedman, the owner of the company, made the initial visit to our home, along with every visit thereafter. This was in contrast to literally every single other company, who sent out either a "project manager" or random employee. Dan has decades of experience in the window business, and he was a cut above the rest in every metric that mattered. Absolutely zero pressure, a wonderful human being, kindness almost to a fault - he impressed my wife and I every step of the way. After visiting our home to quote the job, he shared his cell number and invited us to reach out if/when we had any questions or were ready to proceed. From beginning to end, Dan was patient, understanding, gracious, and kind. He guided us every step of the way, was always available by text or phone any time we had a question, and in the end performed what can only be described as a window miracle. The transformation is so breathtakingly beautiful that words don't do it justice. Gone are the terrible looking, inefficient, and practically non-functional single pane windows. In their place are gorgeous, double pane, energy efficient ProVia windows that are incredible in both appearance and functionality. His installation crew did the install weeks ahead of schedule, knocked it out in less than two days, and their organization/cleanliness had both my wife and me in shock. I write this review with all the confidence in the world that whoever chooses Bethany Windows will be over the moon with the end result. If I could give Dan and Bethany Windows 10,000 stars, I would. His prices are second to none, and the ProVia windows he recommends are equal parts stunning and high-quality. All things considered, Bethany is the best of the best. If you are in the market for replacement windows, please save yourself the time and hassle and give Dan a call. Going with Bethany Windows is one of the best decisions my wife and I have ever made.
