I am leaving this review so many years later because in 2019 you could only leave a review for Bethany Windows on Yelp and Thumbtack. You can find my original review on Thumbtack. However, I was just looking up Bethany on here to reference something and I appreciated Dan and his company so much that I want to make sure people know they are going with a great company. Here is my original review copy and pasted from Thumbtack:

Bethany Windows is a wonderful small business company. They work with a great variety of window selections; choices from each grade level for each consumer's personal need. Dan, the head salesman, founder and owner of the company was persistent but NEVER pressuring. His follow-ups proceeding his sales presentation were sincere and courteous. He was always respectful, considerate and straight to the point (not-to-mention full of some good window puns). He did not try to push me out of my budget or away from the grade level window of that I was in need. Dan also did all that he could to provide me with the best deal possible. I truly feel like he had my best interest right from the start. The installation process was a little stressful, but that was simply due to the fact that it was a huge project, which tends to come with stress, and a large investment. Dan and his lead contractor, Colby were kind, reassuring and completely supportive through and through. They were thorough with their measurements and work as well as incredibly patient; my little one was an infant at the time, so they were understanding of my family's personal needs during the process. Colby was/is hardworking. He modeled amazing work ethic and professionalism. It'd be great if other persons in his line of work took a note out of his book. It's been exactly one year since I had 18 windows installed and I would choose Bethany Windows again if I needed to. There is much more I could say about why you should choose them, but I'll simply end with highly recommending that you give Bethany Windows a call if you are in need of new windows.

You won't find a better company than Bethany Windows. By far the best price in town for the same windows offered by anyone else and Dan is a pleasure to work with. His installers are professionals. They do excellent work and the end result is perfect. I had four picture windows installed and I know who to call next time I need more.

A recent hail storm broke my windows. Dan was quick to provide a very fair estimate. He also convinced my insurance adjuster that replacement was necessary for my 18-yr-old windows rather than glass replacement. Within a couple weeks, I had new windows installed, and they look beautiful. Dan and crew made the process easy, from initial consultation to installation. The crew was friendly, efficient and respectful of my home. I highly recommend Bethany Windows.

Dan the window man!!! reliable, helpful, and kind. Dan was very understanding and helpful of my situation and he went above and beyond to give my family safe & beautiful windows. I would recommend him to any friends in the austin area. His installer Jon was efficient and communicated well too!

I had a situation getting a window replaced. It was in a difficult position as it was very high above the ground. Dan and his crew expertly took care of it and I'm very happy with the outcome. My schedule was "all over the place" at the time, and even through all of the delays caused for various reasons, it was water off a ducks back. They were very good working with me to accommodate the work in both our schedules. Very easy to work with and expertly done and very reasonably priced! Thank you!

Bethany Windows replaced the windows in the church I work for. We had them do it in two stages. All of the upstairs windows (21 windows) followed by the downstairs windows (19 windows) a few weeks later. Each stage was complete in two days! The installation crew was friendly & polite. They did was they could to minimize the mess and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. Dan was so easy to work with. He explained the different window options and gave us a great price on the ones we chose. I highly recommend Bethany!
