These guys were awesome. Not only were they early for the appointment (They called first to confirm it was ok to show up early), but they were thorough and quick. We just bought a new house- so I wasn't really sure what was/wasn't needed- so I requested the works. They came in, took a look at it all, and only charged me for the needed work. They also took the time to show me how to maintain everything and how often things should be serviced- which as a first time homeowner- I truly appreciate.

They are fantastic. Super easy to schedule online and they showed up precisely on time. They were clean, efficient, and I would highly recommend them.

Somehow our AC got disconnected after they serviced our house, and within and hour Justin showed up at our house to fix the problem right away. I honestly haven't seen such great service from a home improvement team... ever.

Definitely use them over anyone else in the Seattle area!

I am so pleased with Better Air NW! Jason first came to my home to determine how many flexible ducts I would need to have replaced in my crawlspace as we had a rat that chewed holes in them. Jason took pictures to show me the damaged ducts so that I could see the scope of the problem. We also decided it would be a good idea to have the ducts in the entire house cleaned following the replacement of the damaged ducts to eliminate rat droppings so that my family could breathe cleaner air. Jason spent a good deal of time with me looking at where we thought the rat entered the home and suggested that I have a pest control company come to my home as well to make sure that we wouldn't have any more problems with rodents. I was very impressed with how thorough Jason was and the amount of time he devoted to sharing all of this great information, oh, and by the way, this visit was free!

After receiving Jason's estimate to replace the ducting, I received a call from the owner of the company who asked me how I felt about Jason's visit and if he could answer any questions for me. I was really impressed by his call and told him that I was a little discouraged by the cost involved with replacing the damaged ducting and wasn't sure that I could afford to have the ducts cleaned as well. He told me the company's typical charge to clean the ducts for a home of my size and said that he would be happy to reduce the cost of the cleaning for me. He agreed to have his company perform the cost for 40% less than he would typically charge since I was also having my home's flexible ducting replaced. I really appreciated that!

On the day of service, Jason, arrived promptly and lined the hallway of my home with plastic so that I wouldn't have a mess to clean up later, which was awesome. He did a terrific job with the installation of the new ducting and later during the day the rest of the team, which included Jason's brother, Shawn, arrived to clean the ducts. They were all so nice to my children and me and answered all of our questions.

At the end of the service, I was so surprised to learn that that Jason had asked Shawn to clean my dryer vent free of charge as well!!! This company has far surpassed my expectations and you can bet that I will definitely call them in the future when I am ready for future duct and dryer vent cleanings! Thank you so much to the team at Better Air NW, you have made a customer for life!

My husband and I bought an older home and could tell the air ducts were pretty dirty just based on what we could see looking into the grates. Better Air NW had a price similar (or slightly lower during the off-season special) to other companies, and an easy online scheduling system. They arrived early after calling to confirm ahead of time that an early start worked with my schedule. They spent a solid 4 hours cleaning because as suspected the ducts had a lot of debris to be removed.

Some of our grates were painted over several times so couldn't be removed, but they proposed a solution of cutting into the vents in the unfinished basement and sealing up the openings when they were done in order to fully clean out all the ducts. The sealed openings look good and I'm glad they were able to access all parts of the ducts. In 5 years when we have the ducts cleaned again Better Air NW will be able to more easily access the openings they already created.
