We had better Air NW out to clean out all the vents in 2 homes and from start to finish the process was great! Justin got back to me promptly and was professional, friendly and awesome to work with. Justin and Ryan came out and were wonderful- they cleaned our vents, explained everything well, we're completely trust worthy and fun to crack wise with. I would recommend them to friends, my grandma, and anyone who asked for a good company for cent cleaning!! We will be calling them in 5 years when we are due again.

This company is top notch! After experiencing a fire in my garage i called Better Air NW to have them come in and clean out my HVAC system. Not only are they very reasonably priced but they offer amazing customer service. After reading reviews of other companies I was really timid about having someone come in and then trying to sell me other services I did not need or get charged extra for "necessary" services. This was not the case with Better Air NW. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. Not only did they do an excellent job with the service but the staff was knowledgeable and had so much experience. They gave me tips on how to be more efficient with my heating and how to maintain my system. I will only be using Better Air NW from here on out!! I highly recommend them!

I have a rental home and got a call from my tenants. They told me that when they turn the furnace on that a mold smell filled the home. I searched on yelp for a duct cleaning company and found the reviews of Better Air NW. I was complete please with what I read. And the team at Better Air NW keep up with their reputation. They set up an appointment. They called me to tell me they would be early and then arrived early. The look at my ducts and told me that there was no return ducts form the air intake to the furnace. The said that clean the ducts would not help until the return ducts were installed. They did not charge me a cent for coming out and assessing the situation. I ask them for a company that could install the needed ducts. They gave me company, a name and a number.
The duct install company install the duct and I call Better Air NW to do the clean and they came out and clean the very next day.
They rock! They are nice, understanding and helpful!

One of my kiddos has allergies and related asthma, so we wanted to get the ducts cleaned in our house b/c we knew it had never been done before. The previous owner also had a large, furry dog, and dogs are one the allergies, so we figured it wouldn't hurt. We found a few Groupon's for various companies, but after researching them, it seemed like they just came over, put a shop vac down the vents for ~40 min, and then tried to up-sell you on something. While researching, I came across Better Air NW and they had great reviews on Yelp, so I thought I'd give them a try. Darla got back to me very quickly and was very upfront about the cost (expensive) and what it covered. We were able to book an appointment fairly quickly and Jason and Justin showed up right on time, explained what they were going to do and why. The whole process took about 4-5 hours and they were courteous and available for questions throughout.

Another reason we wanted to have Better Air NW come out was b/c they include a dryer vent cleaning in the process free of charge and we had been having dryer issues. In the process, they found issues with our dryer venting and recommended that we replace it (this is not something that Better Air NW does, but Jason had prior HVAC experience). Jason really went above and beyond and even explained what he found and his recommendations to my husband over the phone. He then made a list for me that included questions to ask the installer, and gave me an approximate price range so we would know what to expect.

Yes, the service is pricey, but as in most cases, you get what you pay for. In our case, we got a little more. We have the venting contractors over today and I felt more confident knowing what to expect and what questions to ask.
