This is hands down the best service I've ever received !!!

I had Better Air NW clean my air duct and dryer vent last week, and I am extremely impressed with the service that Jason and his colleague provided me. They spent 4 hours cleaning every heat register in my house. They took their shoes off before entering my house, even though I didn't request them. When they carried equipment around the house, they did so carefully not to damage the walls and furniture. After finishing the work, they even vacuumed the area around each register, which I don't think many other companies do. Jason then explained to me what he found in the air duct, and taught me some good routine maintenance tips.

But the excellent service doesn't stop there. Yesterday I discovered that my dryer was not working well. So I called Better Air NW today. Jason came to my house on the same day, and after inspecting the dryer, he climbed to the top of my roof to unclog the outside end of the dryer vent, which fixed the problem. He explained to me what he did was against his company's policy, but he did it anyway to make me happy.

And guess what, he didn't charge me a penny for today's 2 hours of work. I can't believe it. It touched me and also made me feel guilty at the same time. I offered him a gift card, but he refused.

All in all, I'm glad that I chose Better Air NW. I'll definitely contact this company again for my future work, and I'll recommend them to everyone that I know.

Our house is more livable since Better Air NW cleaned our ducts. My spouse doesn't wheeze anymore, our furnace filters have far less debris on them. The Better Air NW technicians were prompt, polite and efficient.

I'm going to chime in and also say that the reviews speak for themselves. When it comes to service-related companies, Better Air NW is a prime example of what a 5-star company should be.

My personal experiences led me to believe this is a reputable company with quality employees, timely, careful and thoughtful service, and they do exactly what they say they'll do with a friendly attitude. Called and spoke with them on the phone and provided a quote and list of services. They answered any and all questions I had. The night before they gave me a reminder phone call. They arrived promptly at the service time and explained exactly what they would be doing. My daughter was sick at the time and they made sure to remain as quiet as they could during the setup procedures until she had woken up. They were impeccable at making sure they didn't bring dirt in and they cleaned up after they had left. After writing this and then reading the other reviews, you'll see a common thread. Quality service is this company's objective and I highly recommend them.

What a Joke! this people cleaned my Mother's Ducts or so they say they did! We live across the street and were watching this guys the whole time with some cameras that were installed in her home after the last time her home got broken into. When we got our Ducts cleaned the company showed up with a truck that created the suction in the system and ran a long hose from the truck to the furnace. they showed up with a little portable machine like a Shop Vac that based on our research before we hire our last, this thing is more of a way to make you thing they are doing something to it, barely any suction at all, so all they did was to knock some of the dust that were stuck in the ducts and now that is loose her house is much worst that before this people showed up and did this bogus job!

The cameras also showed this guys stepping on her furniture without any shoe covers, leaving grease spots on her couches, beds and carpet, she had to hire someone to come clean all of their damage costing her twice the amount this people charge her! And now we have to pay the guys that did our home to come get the Ducts cleaned up so the furnace stops pumping all the dust left behind by this people that is making my 82 yr old Mother very ill.We are in the process of taking them to Small Claims for this. Do not Use this Company and don't believe the reviews from their friends and family members as we have found out!

They are using products and machines sold by AirCare a company from Las Vegas! ( talk about taking a gamble). If you Google "Aircare las Vegas Law Suit" you will see the type of business this guys are affiliated with and the tactics they use. There's a link to this people from AirCare's website as one of their recommended companies for Washington STAY AWAY!!!

Everything that was said here about Better Air NW is no exaggeration. These guys are outstanding. I email them on Sunday to schedule an appointment and got a reply right away from Justin. He was able to set me up that week. They made a courtesy call the night before. When the technician, Shawn, was running late due to a major accident on the freeway, he called to let us know. When he arrived he explained to me what he was going to do, and he did his work for about 3.5 hrs. He was so polite, courteous, and efficient. Once done, he cleaned up after himself, showed me all the nasty things he removed from the system.

They might not be the cheapest out there but they truly perform excellent work and provide great costumer service. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Yelpers for always helping me find great local businesses.
