My kitchen drain cracked and Bob showed up and took care of it fast and efficient! I had great service!! I recommend them all day.

Prompt, professional, and honest. Jeremy was incredibly helpful with our drain issue. He went above and beyond by answering my many questions, and really getting to the root cause of the issue and recommending short and long term solutions, understanding that we do not have an unlimited budget. Prices are reasonable, and the service was a real bargain considering the amount of information about our plumbing system that we learned. Thanks again to the folks at Bob Oates. We will definitely be using you guys in the future (hopefully distant future)!

Truly great full! The dispatcher was polite, sympathetic & offered me two different times to come out that very day since I had a plumbing emergency. They called when they were 40 minutes away & showed up right on time! I do like that they sent two plumbers for the job. They wore booties over their shoes & we're very respectful to both me & my home + they cleaned up afterwards. They were fast & efficient, letting me go on with my day & not tied up all day with my plumbing problem. Two two plumbers were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in an understandable way. The price was very fair. Over all, I am very satisfied & great full with BOB OATES PLUMBING! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! I hope that I never have to call them again, but I would if needed.

Shane Martin just left after correcting met plumbing problem. He did a great job, was most pleasant and enjoyable to have at my home. He removed a 5" hair blockage from a line where the sink wouldn't drain. Thank you

After making an appointment a week before hand, and given a 2 hour window to wait for plumber, the time came and went, and no one called to say they weren't coming. I called and was told that the plumber was not close to finishing his first job, so the estimated arrival time was unknown. I understand that jobs can take longer than expected, but what I didn't appreciate was not getting any sort of update or phone call ahead of time. If they know they are going to be late, do they expect their clients to just sit around all day and wait for them? Unacceptable, especially when people have jobs. A single phone call 1/2 into my window would have been the least they could do. I will not be using them again. have to go to work now. Can't wait 2 more hours. Boo
