Transforming a Harsh Yard into a Family Oasis

When Jim and his family moved into their new Longmont home in 2020, they inherited a yard entirely covered in river rock, scattered boulders, and minimal soft landscaping. While xeriscaping is water-efficient, it often lacks the inviting feel that many homeowners desire. • Installing a new irrigation system with 5 zones
• Sodding the rear and side yards for instant greenery
• Adding mulch around the patio and border areas for visual softness

The transformation was completed in just a week and a half, and for a total project cost of $10,900, Jim and his family were thrilled with the final results. Three weeks post-project, Jim shared his experience, stating:
