The gents were workin' fools. Eric had all under control, cracked the whip (figuratively) to keep the project moving n.
Took down a 60 tall', 47" diameter trunk elm in about 7 hours. Cleaned up nicely. Just in time for a foot of snow.
Sad that our shade tree is gone, but glad the project is complete - awaiting the stump grind to be scheduled.

The workers did a good job on the tree - very satisfied with that. One other comment: It would have been good for them to check in with me in the house when they arrived. I went out when I heard them out there working to see if they needed anything else from me. It was cold out, so I'm sure they wanted to get to it and back to someplace warm, but I still would have appreciated them touching base.
